Awful customer service, insensitive and oblivious owner( the wife) went in to get some boudain kolaches left with my teenage daughter in tears and my blood boiling, owner’s wife apparently thinks it is completely acceptable to tell teenage girls they need to lose weight to be beautiful and get a husband. Basically telling my daughter she needed to exercise and drink a lot of water to grow and be skinny and not to eat a lot, I mean hello we are literally at her DONUT shop trying to buy food and she is giving us unwanted health advice. My daughter has cried all day long and refusing to eat because she is worried what the woman said is true, why would anyone think it’s ok to talk about someone’s appearance like that? The owner came in extra early to open up... no one had power due to hurricane Delta. My husband and I were just driving looking for something open and truthfully, accidentally found this quaint little shop. The owner was very happy and welcoming to us. He had fresh coffee waiting. It seemed like just for us. And his kolaches are delicious... the customer service this gentleman gave us was superb. Thank you...

This shop is the best little find in Nederland. It's three perfect donut stop on a leisurely morning to get done really good donuts. The gentlemen that helps me most often is very kind and always gives my daughter a donut hole...
