Nic's Station — Restaurant in Nelsonville

So I would daily go to Nic's station for their hamburgers, shakes ,but mainly for their service provided by the sweetest, genuine,kind,CORRECT service provided by the general manager. She was always working hard . Making sure we didn't want for nothing. She was amazing ! Doing everything what appeared to be on her own at times. All with a friendly smile! Well about a week ago I went in ,was surprised to hear the women was no longer working there. Against better judgment I ordered my regular. To say the least I will not be returning! The ice cream was not ice cream. I thought I was getting a hot fudge sundae. It turned into be in water. It’s like ice there’s no ice cream there. I wasted my money ordered it with extra hot fudge no hot fudge either it turned into water. in fact did not even eat the hot fudge sundae because it turned into water so disappointing thinking you’re getting ice cream and you got ice they could at least let us know that’s what it was I would have loved to added a picture, but I don’t see how anywhere where I could do it options trust me don’t buy...

I came at open during a snow storm. The woman behind the counter was all by herself and she never missed a beat. There was a line forming of 4 people behind me and we even had a small power outage but she never panicked. She was extremely friendly and got my food out very fast.
