lived in northwest arkansas my entire life, and went to neosho for the first time ever to pick up something on facebook marketplace. missed my turn and ended up in downtown. i passed the pokemon on the window and was IMMEDIATELY intrigued and knew i had to stop by once i was finished. and omg, im so glad i did.

i have ZERO sweet tooth. as i walked up and saw it was a desert bar i lost a bit of interest, but the seasonal pumpkin treats advertised outside brought me back. i got the peach ring redbull, the banana nut latte, a german chocolate cake, a carrot cake, and a few cookies.

first of all - the best carrot cake i've had in my 23 years of being alive. SO moist, perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and textural. i dont like german chocolate cake, my mom wanted it, but i will also add its the best german chocolate cake i've had in my life. the redbull was BUSSIN, and i was absolutely flabbergasted by how good my latte was. bentonville has been giving me mediocre lattes for years now, to the point where i have an espresso machine at home now, but after one sip i felt the past 3 weeks of stress melt away.

everything we got was SO. GOOD. everything surpassed our expectations, and we will absolutely be back just to have more treats here. the employees were helpful and answered all of our questions, were so kind, everything was clean, and i couldnt be happier. currently typing this out while scarfing down more carrot cake on the drive back to nwa. will...

A-Rays Desserts- downtown Neosho, Mo So, just out riding today, doing a loop sounded the neighborhood, 150-ish Ozark miles. I pulled up in a parking spot and right behind was this quaint place. I was about 65 miles in, it was lunch time, and I was coffee less as of then. I decided to try a snack and coffee, I was very pleasantly delighted that I did. I had the Gooey butter cake, and a large hot latte. The place is the picture of small town square Mom & Pop coffee. The decors is 80s-ish fab specials in mirror video game, easy kind of chill joint. The Gooey butter cake was sweet but did throw me into a sugar blow out. It was the way it should be done. The Latte was made with a really good base roast and expertise. I highly Recommend! Came by yesterday and had a carrot cake and a latte, both were amazing so it came again today (my excuse was In case it was a one-off) and was equally impressed by the Italian Crème cake. You’ll have a hard time making a decision because between the ice cream, cheese cake, cookies, and other cakes there are so many choices. Multiple flavors of each. The latte was perfectly made, the cakes are dense with fluffy icing. Highly recommend! The owners are great as well, available instantly to help answer questions and make suggestions and serve you.
