Eastside Social — Restaurant in Neosho

Went in on a Sunday afternoon, which is the same menu as currently offered. Had the patriot burger with extra patty, which is one of the best burgers I've had in recent time (and I live in NWA, eat around there, plus just had Five Guys a week ago). Live that it also game with a toothpick that had a flag sticker wrapped around it. Fries were very good, had seasoning. My date had the BBQ Chicken Nachos which were MASSIVE (could only eat half) and such a great taste! We also had pretzels and cheese... good. The water here is also great lol. Service was very kind -- made for a good environment. Even asked at the end of the meal if we would like a small box for a half pretzel stick b/c "you never know!" Food came out in a very reasonable time too. Great place to go and would be happy to go back. I will add that I thought a restaurant having a 3% fee for using credit card was a little off-putting for 2023, but I can understand they are a newer local restaurant and may need to transfer the card fees to the customers for now while they're getting established. Just picked up my order for a Tenderloin Sandwich and Fry's. The Country Seat Sandwich. The sandwich was very good but...underneath the Fry's was a long black hair. I called Eastside but apparently they don't take phone calls; just a recording that gives general information. Thus the reason why I'm posting here. I prefer to talk to the manager or owner but that doesn't seem possible via a phone call and I live too far away to drive back to give them the styrofoam container. I was going to post the picture of the "hair" and food but that's a bit much. It's not necessary. Visited today during Neosho Fall Festival. I left my phone in the car. Sorry no pics but I have to shout out about this place. Michelle was the best server and took care of us like family. We enjoyed the Patio and Adirondack chairs while watching the people go around the square. I ordered the County Seat. Which you could get grilled or fried. I chose the fried pork tenderloin and tots. It came out shortly, sticking out of both ends of the bun. Heftier than any I had before. It was around a half inch thick. I don’t know how the sandwich and tots could’ve been any better.
