One of highlights of small town Neosho, MO. ISBC is the much needed upgrade from the normal bar scene that you can find all over SWMO. I've been to many craft breweries throughout the Midwest; ISBC is my favorite. They have the best staff, friendliest patrons, not to mention the BEST beer. They have done so much for the community as well. They partner with my favorite local coffee shop, The Clay Cup, to improve the quality of life in Neosho.

Still could use a little refinement and a boost in flavor. I had the pretzel with spicy mustard but no other food. The menu currently has a couple appetizers and a couple main courses. Read moreRandom stop while headed to a show at The AMP.. Super glad I stopped in. The building itself is gorgeous and the interior space is open with plenty of room to hang out and a cool little sitting nook.
The bicycle theme is unique, at least for any brewery I've been to.. with some really awesome old bikes on display. Guy working was welcoming and we had a nice convo. Only had time for 1 beer, but the selection was great, a little something for anyone.
