We went to the store and bought a new galaxy note 9 and they told us if we added a new line we could get a free phone so we agreed to a new line. We put insurance on both of the new phones and a few months later we had a accident with one of the new phones when we went back to the store we found out that the information on the new phone was crossed over with one of our old phones that was setup for our youngest daughter. So they thought they fixed it. When we filled out a claim it was still wrong. We have been to the store several times and online and still haven't gotten anything done. The last time I talked to someone at the 611 was told that I need to take it and get it repaired at my expense and if it didn't work then they would see what they could do. If I have to pay to get it fixed then why am I paying for insurance!!!!!! Everytime we go to the store we get a different salesperson to help . They try their best but it always ends up the same. The insurance person told me that nobody at the store is putting anything in the computer about what they are doing. One told me I needed to get the store manager to go into the computer and explain that when we got the new phones that the information was entered wrong. But I guess my luck in catching him at the store isn't very good because the first two times he was off or on vacation the next time I called he had to go to another store because of employees walking out. It is so aggravating that just because someone didn't enter the information right the first time that I'm paying for 3 phone lines and only have 2 phones that work. We have been with AT&T for a long time and this is the first time we've ever...
Read moreI give this store a 1 rating only because there is no lower rating available. The customer service at this AT&T store is non-existent. They are only interested in selling new equipment, or trading old equipment UP to new equipment. They are extremely reluctant to spend any time with an AT&T customer who walks in with a phone problem. It's as if it is beneath them to take the time to merely help someone with a phone problem or replacement issues where a phone is broken. All they would suggest is phoning someone half way around the world for assistance - IMPOSSIBLE TO DO WITH A BROKEN PHONE. Couldn't even be bothered to help by providing an in-store connection to an AT&T help line. If you are in the Neosho, MO area and need assistance with an AT&T problem, do yourself a favor and drive the extra 20 minutes to the Joplin store where they will actually assist you.
Edit to add: This particular day wasn't the only time this has occurred. This was the 2nd incident - the first time being over 2 years ago - and the results were identical. It was my impression the guy who denied helping, was the owner, or at the very least, an employee who had been there for a...
Read moreMy visit tonight wasnât that great. Itâs been about four years since Iâve purchased a new phone. Like most people that buy a new phone, I had questions about how the iPhone 15 was different from the 11.
The gentleman with long hair and glasses didnât show any interest in helping me. He couldnât provide me with any information that I was looking for. He mostly seemed annoyed that I came in 30 minutes before close.
They didnât have the color that I was looking for so he said it could be shipped to me. I then proceeded to ask how the process would work when the new phone arrived as far as making sure all my content transfers over from the old phone. All he said was I would need to set the phones next to each other and follow the steps.
I plan to purchase a new one soon regardless, but I wonât come back here to do so. I live in Neosho so it is more convenient to go here, but Iâll go to Joplin AT&T or Best Buy next time. His attitude was snarky and he was not very helpful to...
