Do yourself a favor and don't order from here. I've ordered food from several Dominos locations over the years and never had such a poor experience. I pre-ordered my food at 5pm to be delivered at 7pm. At 7:30pm I still had no update on where my food was so I called the store - the store said it was on it's way - I was annoyed that it was late, but I get it, these places get busy and are low staffed. The delivery driver pulled up at 8:15pm, was searching his car, and said he couldn't find my food, and the store must have forgot to pack it - he left and said he'd be back. I then called the store and they said they didn't have my food either and they'd call me back. About 10 minutes later the delivery driver called and said my food must have been given to someone else, but the store was going to make me new food - at this point it was going on 9pm, and not knowing if they were going to give me food they had sitting around or food that had been accidentally given to someone first I called the store back. After being on hold for 20 minutes, the employee I spoke to said they could cancel my order, but they couldn't refund me until the next morning and I needed to call the next morning to speak to the general manager for my refund. I called the next morning (today) at 10:45am after the store opened at 10:30am and spoke to the general manager over the phone (Deena) who said she couldn't refund me until at least noon because the computer system wasn't up yet. She said she'd call back by noon. Since I hadn't heard anything by noon, I drove to the store itself, because I thought it would be easier to get a refund rather than over the phone. As I entered the store Deena (the general manager) said she couldn't refund me unless her boss was present. I asked when her boss would be in, and she said she had no idea; I asked if she could call her and she said she could not; I asked if I could have her bosses number to speak to her, and she said she couldn't give out this information. This whole time she was legit yelling at me in front of another customer and acting hysterical. She eventually said, I'd have my refund by the end of the day and she would call me. I then left the store. My order was almost $50, so I don't want to let this go - I paid for a service that was never provided. I filed a complaint with the Dominos corporate customer service and am awaiting a response. The amount of time and effort I have had to put in to get my money back for food I never received, and very poor customer service and organization has been astounding. Don't order from this location - it's a disaster.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love dominos but my last visit was horrible first I was at stopping shop shopping so I wanted to order dominos while I shopped so it would be ready when I was done,so I call and get put on hold I'm holding for 5min so I hung up call right back same thing on hold five min call back again same thing so I'm confused cause I road past on my way to stopping shop and there open ,so ok I finish up and drive over mind you I'm still on hold so I go in and say is somthing wrong with your phone he says no so I say well I called 3 times and was put on hold and I'm still on hold and he says nothing so ok I hang up cause I'm in the store and then the phone rings he picks up and says hold on and never repicks up the phone just left the caller on hold,so very sad ,so I orderd my small pie to go and while I'm there people continue to call and continue to be left on hold,very sad so I'm waiting for my food and waiting and waiting so after 45 min of waiting a nice staff member asked the very rude staff member who took my order was my food ready and rude guy says yes it's been out so meanwhile you took my order boxed up my pie and left it to the side while I'm waiting for 45 min,very sad, I love dominos but this place needs a manager it has young boys working alone who are very rude and ignorant and I do not appreciate what I went thru and I doubt I'll be back to this dominos ever again with that kind of service and then I saw a guy makiing pizza with one glove on and picking up people cheese with his gloveless hand meanwhile he's back and forth from the pie making area to answering the phone and not washing his hands after that I've never in my life had an experience like this before at any fast food restaurant and I was so upset when I left I was scared to eat...

They lie to you and say there gonna make sure it's pleasing to the eye but that's just to get your money that you worked hard for. Then if you take it back they will not accommodate you with other options . Smh. There is a GOD and he's a good GOD and what anybody does wrong to ppl. will come back to them . This place will not last long and it's already suffering now and business is low . It's all about greed and after getting customers money they don't care afterwards. Some of the ppl. That work there have bad attitudes and are not professional at all and don't know how to be . They will not thrive because they don't know and care how to treat the community. GOD doesn't bless anything that don't put him 1st . This can't even keep employees cause they know there deep secrets and how there over charging ppl. For there food . My advice is not to support this place . They need our money more than we need there business . GOD bless all . After posting this we went back to Domino's and I spoke with the manager and he understood my concerns and complaints and apologized and gave me something different inplace of the pizza. My fiance spoke to him 1st , then I went prayed about before going in and it worked out. GOD is good all the time. I meant everything I said in the beginning of this post because it's towards the head bosses that sit back and us others to rip-off customers while they make millions.
