A Little Slice of Culinary Heaven in a Tiny Package
There are those rare places you walk into that instantly feel right—like you’re meant to be there. This restaurant is one of them. It’s got that undeniable hipster vibe that’s not forced, but natural. Unpretentious, a little rough around the edges, but in the best possible way. The kind of place where the moment you sit down, you can tell everything that’s happening around you is authentic.
Now, let’s talk about the food. It’s fing incredible.* This isn’t some overpriced, trendy spot with small plates that make you question your life choices; this is the kind of food that makes you think, “Damn, I never knew food could taste like this.” Whether it’s the richness of a perfectly braised meat, or a simple dish that just works—every plate here has its own soul. And the best part? The menu changes all the time. The dishes evolve, keeping you coming back to see what’s next.
The place itself is small, but that’s what makes it special. It’s personal. There’s nowhere to hide—every dish gets the attention it deserves, and the service reflects that. The staff isn’t just going through the motions—they’re sharp, engaged, and truly care about the experience you’re having.
What really sets this place apart is the menu. Constantly shifting, evolving, and keeping you on your toes. One week it’s fresh, seasonal ingredients, the next, something new you can’t stop thinking about. The changes keep you coming back.
I’ve been back multiple times, and every single visit feels like a new chapter in a story that keeps unfolding. The food, the atmosphere, the service—they all mesh together in a way that makes you want to come back again and again. This place is more than just a meal—it’s a reminder that food can be an experience. If you want a place that’s always fresh, always daring, and always worth your time, this is it. Just be warned: once you’ve had a bite here, you won’t want to go...
Read moreThe atmosphere was festive for Christmas and gave a local tavern vibe. It looks clean and is very small inside with limited seating. Street parking with no parking lot. The bartender was prompt to give water and greet my wife and I. We never received menus but it seemed it was strictly online as I saw no one with menus. The menu is small which is not a bad things but gives the impression that everything they serve is a banger. I got a cocktail called the dove which was like a milder margarita and it was super refreshing (both of them lol). Overall the drinks were 10 out of 10. We ordered cabbage Schnitzel as a app (small plate) which was extremely creative and tasty, my only critique was it could have been cut into smaller peices as the breading was minimal compared to the chuck of cabbage it covered. Overall the app was 6 out of 10. For dinner I got the burger that had a gooey jarlesburg cheese and jus sauce (caramelized onion sauce), initially it looked like it was going to Kung pow my taste buds. Unfortunately the flavor was lack luster but the burger was on point (medium rare), I'm super Critical about the burgers someplaces use but they had a solid patty. The patty was the star. The bun was completely saturated with the sauce before I could cut into it or pick it up. The fries though were fresh, well salted and delicious. Overall the burger was a 6.5 out of 10. I would definitely go back with the disclaimer being if I was in the area which the issue is this place actually books up but this may be because it is extremely small. One last critique would be to lower the music as sitting right next to my wife at the bar it was difficult to have a conversation. Overall I would give a...
Read moreHeard about this place from an Instagram foodie and unfortunately it did not live up to the hype. We started off with drinks, a perfect swimmer and a traditional margarita. While both drinks were very good they were a bit pricey. Next we had the roasted oysters which were flavorful and well seasoned and the whipped ricotta fig mustarda which was basically ricotta and fig jam on a piece of grilled bread topped with some herbs. It tasted good however it was better suited for breakfast rather than an appetizer on a dinner menu. After waiting 45 minutes for our entrees , and not seeing our waitress for those 45 minutes, we finally got our entrees: burgers and fries. Appearance wise the burgers looked amazing , however they were very salty. We suspect it was the pickles and perhaps the cheese that made it salty but definitely disappointing after waiting so long for it. Fries were ok. We would have loved another drink but since Emily decided not to check on us for so long we opted for the check. There was only one option for desert on what was a limited menu. Based on the food , service and the extensive wait time for what was a small place and a limited menu and pricey as well ( 58 Dollars for a rib eye and fries, 38 bucks for chicken millanese( a fried chicken cutlet) , we do not feel the need to return. Tip: alliw yourself extra time to find street parking as its limited and...
