Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Neshannock Township

We ordered the mozzarella sticks as an app with ranch for dipping, waitress brought them out with marinara and had to wait for the ranch even though she wrote it down.

Other party order Chicken plank dinner with fries and green beans, order was nice and hot. Party said it was delicious like usual.

I ordered the Pork Riblets with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Only thing close to being hot on my plate was the mashed potatoes.

After trying to eat barely above room temperature food, the waitress finally came to ask how everything was and I asked her if she could please put my food in the microwave because I prefer to eat my food hot not almost room temperature.

They kept my mashed potatoes and broccoli since I added butter to them and gave new riblets that were actually hot and they did heat up the food for me.

The kitchen manager brought out the new plate and made sure I was happy. I was with nice hot food and the riblets had a better flavor being hot over cold. I'm glad she corrected my dinner.

Applebee's usually is a 5 star rating for me, I eat here at least once a week and they hardly ever mess up but when they do, they are quick to fix the mistake to make sure you have a pleasant dining experience.

One of the top 5 worst restaurant experiences we've ever had. Very few patrons when our party of 5 arrived and we were seated. It took quite a while to get drinks, appetizer was smaller than normal and entrees were very late. We had all run out of drinks, which I reordered through the kiosk on the table after watching the server, Jeremy, standing around with 5 other employees for about ten minutes. 4 minutes after ordering more drinks the light on the kiosk turned off but it was a full ten minutes later when we finally got more to drink. When the food arrived it felt as though it was sitting under heat lamps for twenty or thirty minutes. 3 of the 5 entrees were completely inedible, noodles were dry and crunchy, chicken was dry and rubbery, even the ribs were dry and just did not taste right. When we gave up and left, everyone's stomachs were hurting which continued all night. Between the very unfriendly service, the blatant ignoring of our party and many of the others who were there and the poor quality of food, we are DEFINITELY NOT coming back to this Applebees which is a shame because we've been patrons all over the country for...

I had a horrible experience tonight at Applebee's. First off, they ripped us off for a $15 appetizer that should have came with the 2 for $32. Secondly, the waitress was rushing us throughout the ordering process up until the very end when it was time to leave. My mac and cheese showed up with no cheese on it and i had to ask for some and showed the waitress how the noodles were completely dry. Refills on drinks were not happening and at one point took about 10mins for her to come back with the lemonade. Also, everyone inside was coughing and sneezing on everyone else and I guess i should have known better because of flu season but they obviously do not care about stopping the spread because even after those people left they did not disinfect or wipe down the table or seats and just let it sit there. Also, their windows reflect this as they're disgustingly filthy as well.
