I stopped here the other night with my aunt and cousin, keep in mind I go to dunkin every single day and I use to work for 4 different locations! When I tell you I will never ever ever come back to this location again I mean it! We all ordered iced coffees with extra sugar. We waited 15 minutes in the drive thru while we waited for the 3 girls to stopped talking and playing around and then finally we get our coffees we go to pull around and instead of liquid sugar in our iced coffees we had granulated sugar in them so we pulled back up to the speaker and told them they had us pull around back to the window. The one girl ripped the window open and said “How about next time you order you specifically say you want liquid sugar” I proceeded to say we did then you she cut me off and said “it’s our own faults why our coffees were made the way they were if we don’t specify we want liquid sugar (which we did) we get granulated sugar” I then continued to tell her she was rude as hell because at this point she’s screaming at me because I had asked to remake them because we said and paid for what we wanted and wanted it made correctly. She then continued to slam the drive thru window shut and her and friends just started laughing about it. I have already called corporate because no matter what it’s disrespectful and rude to treat anyone that kind of way! And out of all 4 locations I’ve ever worked at different franchises or not an iced coffee has always been instructed to be made with liquid sugar. If the customer asked for stevia or Splenda or equal or specifically asked for granulated sugar then that’s when we would add any of the sort. Read moreSo waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru and couldn’t get out of line because of the construction. There was a makeshift sign for the menu. I did not see a speaker nor did I hear a speaker until after I had pulled up towards the window they were very busy so that was OK. I just figured I’d apologize and order at the window. The young female cashier said I’m supposed to make you go back around because you didn’t order at the speaker and I said I had to get my daughter to school. I literally did not see it. I’m sorry this is not my regular Dunkin and I don’t know how this works here cause it’s under construction. I just need a coffee and a donut. I was willing to give her money and not care about change she could’ve rung it up later, so she was kind took my money and my Order, there was a lady there with a black fleece black hair, ridiculous eyelashes, who had nothing but nasty stuff to say about me not going through the line again, and I just simply said do not yell at her. I was the one who said I wasn’t gonna go back around and she said then you should not have got served or you wouldn’t have got served and I said yeah that’s fine whatever and she continue to argue with me about i don’t even know at this point where the speaker was or how I didn’t hear a speaker who cares that’s not the point I told her to try to have a better day and she told me F you! hahaha clearly she’s a miserable person and could use a hug but the young girl at the window was amazing and she should get a raise or train the other one how to act and...
Read moreI stopped at the Neshannock location in New Castle while traveling. I've been to many Dunkin locations and have to say the service here is one of the worst! When we first walked in, we noticed how nice of a location it is. We also noticed they have far more staff than most locations. You would think that would mean faster service, but it definitely didn't. We ordered at the kiosk. One of the items we wanted wasn't there, so we asked for it at the counter. There were 7 young people, not one greeted us. They were playing around, not focused at all. I'm all for enjoying your work day, but if you can't talk AND work, then stick to what you're being paid for. There were 2 people seated who already had their order, so we were the only people in the lobby waiting. Somehow, it still took almost 20 minutes before we received 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks and a muffin. That was the slowest, unfriendliest service I've ever received at Dunkin. I've been at locations were there are only 3 employees, with a line in the drive-through and the lobby, and we received our order quicker. When we drive off, we realized our sandwiches both had a slice of cold cheese thrown on them. There shouldn't be cold cheese on a toasted breakfast sandwich. Also, I was given the wrong flavor of muffin. This was definitely not a Chocolate Chip muffin. For there to be so many people taking their good ol' time, yet they still couldn't get the order right.
