I have repeatedly tried to give this location chance after chance, but today was the last straw. Every time I have come before, I have either had to wait upwards of 20 minutes extra for my food, or it's wrong. Today, I placed my order at 440 and it was to be done at 5pm. I show up and tell the man at the counter the name my order is under, and he says he has no online orders after looking at me weird. Then, when he realizes he has online orders, he reads the name I placed my order under while saying he doesn't have my order. Shocker, that was me. He then tells me it'll be 4 minutes. 22 minutes go by taking me to 525 where I have not had one person come see me because everyone went to the back to not work and laugh. They had forgotten I was there. Finally they laugh and say oh sorry someone must've forgotten to call you. Genuinely there are no words that I can say without being incredibly disrespectful. I will never come back and I feel like people should know. also, they had a 4 year old there. She came out and asked me about my order. She easily was the best worker in the building, and its not because I'm charmed by children- everyone else was doing...

The food overall was just as amazing as I remembered however the workers may have been a bit overwhelmed. It started out my delivery order was wrong the driver took it back so I decided to go there myself because the driver said they were extremely busy. And I wasn't sure how long til I got my new pizza. Upon getting there I explained what happened and a guy i believe a worker called him angel checked on my new pizza and the driver did relay a message about my order so it was made quickly. I didn't ask for a partial refund because it's a new place and a dang good pizza eatery that other pizza places willhave to get it together to compete with. The workers I did encounter were nice another reason I didn't want a refund. No attitudes or rude facial expression when saying about my order being messed up. This place is highly recommended. Read moreI placed an order for 41$ just before 8pm on 7/11/25. Fox's closes at 10pm. By 9:20pm the food has still not arrived so I called for an update and was told "He's on his way, he has 3 other orders" to which I replied ok, thank you and hung up. I'm currently writing this review at 11pm on 7/11/25 and I have still yet to receive my food, 3hrs after the time I ordered. I tried calling at 10:30pm to ask for an update and the phone line just rings about 20 times and then hangs up. I've never in my life ordered a pizza and not received it with absolutely no communication or way of reaching out.
Edit: as of this morning, 7/12/25 and around 11am, I called and spoke to the store owner, Mike. He was very kind and apologetic about the mishap. He issued me a full refund and put a credit on my account as an apology. He seemed very genuine and more or less abhorred to hear of what happened. To me, that warrants a change in my rating and I will give Fox's another shot...
