Gone twice. First trip the restaurant was very noisy; from both the kitchen and a television. Service is slow. The napkins were empty and there are no trash cans. I tried the Hawaiian flavor and Garlic Parm. Hawaiian was not my favorite. The Garlic Parm was good. They have paper straws. The second trip- picking up for the office. I paid with a $20 for the first order. The second order I handed a $20 and the cashier said she didn't have change for it. I had to run the remaining orders on my card. They aren't my orders and I still had to make change somewhere. The restaurant was still very noisy. The cashier insisted I use a QR code and do a review. She also insisted the next several customers do the same. She says you'll receive free fries. She is quite pushy about it. And acts a little indignant if you don't cooperate. I didn't want the fries. The pop flavor wanted was out of stock. I watched as the internet/phone orders piled up on a shelf as my orders, in person, were not filled. Then a pickup order came in and were told their order was not ready as it sat getting cold on the shelf. I watched the cashier eventually pulled the order off the shelf, it had been ready and cooling. The store is small she greeted each person coming in eventually . Then proceeded to call and recall orders that had been sitting around, knowing none of those customers had come in- there's only one customer entrance. Prices are high. Food was good once you got it. Still have the gross paper straws. Paper towels are in stock this trip. Monday and Tuesday 70¢...

   Read moreWife got sick with diarrhea and vomiting after eating here. Didn't see gloves on employees hands, and no hair nets. They don't believe in turning their A/C on either and with the store front windows facing west at sunset, coupled with the kitchen heat, it was frikkin' hells kitchen in there. How the HELL do they expect people to dine comfortably in that awful heat?! Could barely understand what she was saying to us, which is normality not a big deal, but it was hard to focus when your brain and lungs are being cooked by the room temp.
The fries and wings tasted good, (I'll give them that) but you cannot handle any food, ESPECIALLY chicken improperly, as it seems to get people the sickest most.
