Lindy's Lunch — Restaurant in Neshannock Township

Very unprofessional. Me and my fiancé called to order food. We go to get it after the 20 mins or so they told us it would take. Drive over. They say “oh sorry. We threw away your receipt. We are gonna have to start over now. What did you order again?” And I just thought that was so messed up and unprofessional and rude. Like ok if you accidentally threw away the receipt (or whatever it’s called where they write what we wanted down on) for what we ordered…why wouldn’t you look on the caller ID and call us back and ask what we wanted again? They never tried calling to ask. So we just had to tell them what we wanted and sit there forever. It was really bizarre. The guy wasn’t very apologetic either. He said sorry once but acted like it was no big deal and it happens all the time. That was weird too. Didnt offer a discount or a sincere apology. No thanks. And the food wasn’t very good. It was okay. But there are many other places in town with way better food for the same prices. I’ll never go...

When I came in it was around 1:10, I stood at the counter for a few minutes with people ahead of me and wasn’t acknowledged for about 3 minutes, I flagged down a server and she asked me if I was dining in I was and she told me to sit down at a table.

When she came over she was short and didn’t apologize for the wait. I ordered a burger, fries, and a soda. I watched as the staff in the back moved like snails, I never got my soda. People that were there before me got their food first.

The owner (who was far more polite, personable, and friendly than her server) brought my food and I had to ask her for the drink. The burger and fries were delicious and the burger, fries, and drink were only 12.46 which is incredible in today’s economy.

Will be back but I hope the owner straightens out both her servers and...

First time ever eating here. Lunch time. Not busy at all. Very dark and dreary atmosphere the second we came in the door. Service was quickish. Food came out, fries were super soggy and greasy, kinda had the texture that they had been sitting out for a while. Hot dogs were okay, but had chili and cheese on everything and the chili was the darkest I ever seen, a lot lot of spices in it that you could just taste and feel, everyone likes their chili different but I was not a fan at all. I would guess that whoever was running it maybe doesn’t treat the employees very well because the morale in there was not good and the way she was talking to them wasn’t my favorite.
