McDonald's — Restaurant in Neshannock Township

Honestly I like this place but I have had problems recently , I feel bad for the front counter people because they never get from the people in the back and I know this for a fact because I have worked for them but in a different location. The woman that was there this particular morning was overwhelmed for sure she looked like she was going to cry and she is an older lady like me ,she was running nonstop back and forth with orders and my order was wrong and this was the 4th time , nothing crazy just messed up my sandwich which was fixed right away like the last few times,but it's hard for workers to keep up sometimes and I really hope she had had a better day..the place was clean and there were alot of customers..it won't stop me from going there because I understand I just hope most people are the same and...

This is the McDonald's I use often. Unfortunately tonight was not to good. We used the mobile app to order, and also placed a second order. That being said none of my sandwiches were correct, the gentleman said he would have them remade, to pull to the drive thru spot, for the second order they didn't give me the drinks. I didn't realize with all the problems with the sandwiches, he brings me the second ones back only one sandwich is right, at this point I am not too happy, he brings the remaining two sandwiches out I leave, go home my mcdoubles had no cheese . Needless to say I won't go back there at night I will only deal with breakfast. Thanks for not such a good night, our family had a terrible dinner because everything was cold because of all...

I just had the double sausage bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on an English muffin. Not sure what they call it -- I think it's a "Tripple Stacker" or something like that. It was so good, hot and delicious that I couldn't believe it! The bacon was crispy, the sausages were tender and well done and the muffin was also crispy and hot. I also had the hash brown potatoes which are always great, In my opinion and of course a large coffee that was just the way I orded it. There were plenty of napkins in the bag. I think the whole thing was under $7 and I was still full at lunch time. It's going to be really hard to stay away from there every morning. I'm not even sure I want to. Home run for McDonald's...
