We wanted to go for Italian, so we chose this place, to try it out. We were happy to be seated right away, but were immediately skeptical when we reached our seats. The floor was dirty. There was a spill or some sort of leak that we had to step over before getting to our table. The hostess apologized for "the mess" instead of cleaning it. The seat had been wiped and was still wet and had food. There was food on the floor by our booth. The hostess got our drinks and thanked us for coming. It was odd, and she seemed uncomfortable. The server took a while to show, and she apologized. My son had the kids ravioli. 3 small ravioli and one big meatball. He ate 2 ravioli only because he was hungry. He didn't like the taste. My husband's calzone was just okay. My daughter's broccoli was still cold and she said it tasted like quinoa, and it smelled like chlorine. There was a hair in her pasta. I removed the hair and the pasta it was touching, because I felt they'd just send the same sad dish back out. I had the Italian Trio. It was lukewarm and was like a microwave meal. Needless to say, we weren't impressed and won't return.

WORST Italian food ever!!! My husband and I stopped in for lunch. No lunch menu… ok no problem. Ordered eggplant rollatini. I’m an eggplant enthusiast. I expected an excellent meal because of the reviews. Wow, just wow. This mess of a plate was brought to the table and I saw two tiny rolls sitting on top of the pasta. I unrolled it because I couldn’t understand why they were so tiny. NO FILLING!!! Told the server. She actually told me “they make it in the morning and use what they have”. So I said IF YOU DON’T HAVE RICOTTA why are you serving this??!!! She didn’t give a damn. No bread offered either. As you can see the pasta sauce that the overcooked mushy spaghetti was in was swimming in what tasted like warm ketchup. I feel ripped off and hope this review is seen by the management. Mushy spaghetti in ketchup with soggy plain unfilled eggplant. YOU SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED YOU SERVE THAT GARBAGE! Oh, did I mention they add the surcharge on the bill before they know your method of payment? I’m not even sure that’s legal. Maybe a health department call is in order.

normally don’t leave negative reviews but after numerous amount of times my orders been wrong and the wait staff is rude, just stood and waited on food that was sitting on the counter for 15 minutes then had to argue with the girl that i paid who checked me out 2 minutes prior. they need to hire people with some sense and memory longer than 30 seconds. funny how rude they are when it’s THEM who messed your order up. handed me my bag with sauce pouring out of the side of it. very incompetent employees

My friends asked me to join them for lunch at Soni's last week. I had never been there but the girls raved about the home-made food and friendly service. I was not disappointed! Atmosphere: The decor is fun and tasteful, with warm colors and a general cozy feeling. Everything appeared to be neat and clean, including the bathroom which was one of the cleanest public restrooms I've seen.

Service: We were warmly welcomed by the staff, including the manager, within seconds of coming inside. The waitress was friendly and helpful, brought us our food quickly, and kept our drinks full. It was clear she was very busy with the packed dining room, but she remained pleasant and attentive all the while. As we left, we were thanked and wished well by the staff, manager, and even the owner.

Food: The dining room was nearly full and I was nervous about making it back to work, so we decided to order from the pre-made pizza buffet to save time. I ordered a slice of House pizza and one Italian flatbread sandwich, which my friends insisted I try. I also got a cup of home-made Roasted Red Pepper soup. Everything was absolutely delicious! The pizza sauce was fantastic, sweet and a little tangy, topped with grated cheese. The soup was a creamy cheese base, beautifully seasoned, with a little bit of heat from the red peppers. And the flatbread sandwich.. it's no wonder my friends wanted me to try it! It's similar to a traditional Italian sub but made with pizza crust as the bread, and this sandwich is packed with flavor! One of my friends ordered her favorite home-made dessert, "Hoho" cake, a double layer chocolate cake with chocolate icing and a layer of cream in the middle. The piece was HUGE and looked just heavenly, so I had to try it. Another win! I ended up getting a piece to take home.

I've recommended Soni's to no less than a half dozen people in the last week, and I ordered a Flatbread for take-out...

Terrible Customer Service!!! I ordered a $55 party tray for Xmas eve from these folks. Tray was to contain 3 kinds of rolls (pepperoni, pizza greens and sausage rolls) and flatbread. Got home and served it to 10 guests on Xmas even and as soon as some the rolls where taken off the tray, I noticed there was no pepperoni rolls.

When I called on Dec. 27th to complain about the omission, the owner of the store basically called me a liar saying that she made all the trays herself and that there was absolutely no way that any tray would have left the restaurant without pepperoni rolls. I, of course, know for certain that at least one did because it was on my countertop on Christmas Eve.

I even sent her a photo of a tray that clearly had no pepperoni rolls on it. And she actually said that the pepperoni rolls would have been under the flatbread that was shown in the photo. As if I wouldn’t have recognized a pepperoni roll---had it been on my tray! Are you kidding me???

I drive 15 miles to this place for these trays every year. I also have ordered countless eggplant pizzas from them at $17 each, when there are plenty of pizza plans within a couple of miles. When I pointed this out the owner, her comment was, “there are plenty of pizza places everywhere.”

I am shocked that a business OWNER handled this issue so poorly. Instead of considering even the remote possibility that she was capable of making a mistake (like every other human being on the planet), she chose, instead, to basically accuse a good customer (or ex-customer now) of being a liar. For what purpose? Who would call a restaurant and just make up...

Sonis Italian Restaurant was absolutely amazing!!! My partner & I ordered take-out, & were extremely pleased with what we got. The restaurant itself was handicap accessible & had a ramp for easy access. We placed our order & were told it would be ready in 20 minutes. It was done in 15, & the sweetest waitress carried our order out to the car & loaded it into the backseat for us. My partner & I are both handicapped & greatly appreciated the help. She was very polite & friendly, in addition to being helpful. I ordered a flat iron steak done medium. The steak was cooked perfectly, pink in the middle. The steak was soooooo tender & absolutely delicious!! With it, I got garlic mashed potatoes, a garden salad, & fresh bread & butter. The mashed potatoes were red potatoes with some skins & were very tasty. The garden salad was fresh & crispy, & their house vinaigrette dressing was to die for. The fresh bread and butter rounded out a perfect meal. My partner ordered porchetta pasta. It was loaded up with pasta, sausage, spinach, a few red peppers, olive oil, & parmesan cheese. He said it was amazingly good! His meal also came with a house salad & fresh bread & butter. For dessert we ordered a slice of coconut cream pie, & a slice of lemon cream pie, which were decadently delicious!!! Sonis prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Sonis Italian...
