Would give negative stars if possible. Went there today to pick up my door dash order and after waiting a few mins asked a girl on the way by if the order was ready. She handed me the food and the manager Eve walked over to me with a attitude to tell me the food has been sitting for over a hour. I asked her if the food was sitting for over a hour shouldn’t they remake it. She replied “no and that if the customer complains it would be on my ratings and not there’s and she already blocked me on the app to pick up food there. I informed her I was in a double delivery and it was my second stop and she told me it wasn’t her problem. I called door dash immediately and corporate to address this. Received a order right after I dropped my orders off and went back to the store. Eve had a the worst attitude Ive ever seen in customer service and refused to give me the door dash order and told me she blocked me and if door dash didn’t wanna follow suit then they would need to send another’s driver. I told her I was calling corporate because it wasn’t right what she was doing and she told me she was the gym and they are privately owned and she doesn’t answer to corporate which is bs. I said your the gym and this is how u treat people in your position. I’ve worked over 20 years in customer service and its no way to treat any customer. She answers to someone and doesn’t own the store to be treating any one in there or throwing people out and banning them for doing nothing wrong. I’m a single dad and it’s how I make money and she kicked me out of the store for no reason and took money out my pocket over it for my kid. She told me to get out while I was on the phone with door dash and proceeded to call the cops on me to have me arrested which they kindly asked me to leave with no explanation or reason other then she didn’t want me there and told me they could arrest me on the spot for doing nothing wrong other then her telling me to leave while I was there trying to pick up food to reliever. There was a customer there who saw this and told me it was bs. I’m half Italian and idk if she has a problem with people or not having a year round tan or she thought I was a different nationality but I’ve never been thrown out of any store or had a problem like this until I...

They forgotten mayo I paid for because apparently taking away an ingredient (relish from mayo) costs 50 cents. I digress, they forgot my sauce on my food so that bish was dry. At least the ingredients were fresh?
June 26 2024 I was starving so I went to McDonald's after my grocery run. Everything was fine... until Eve walked my oder to my car and opened her miserable mouth. She told me she read my review (good, maybe you can improve some stuff) and she was NOT engaged to the owner. Yes, Eve, I know you are not. Colleen was last i knew. Anyways, the review; fries were luke warm and not hot fresh melty goodness. The sandwich was a messy daily double which gets mayo, 2 burger patties, cheese, lettuce, tomato, slivered onion. I ordered no onions as I have a sensitivity to them. They must have recognized my name on the mobile order because the cook slathered on dehydrated onions and HID THEM BETWEEN THE BEEF PATTIES IN THE CHEESE. Bro, those onions don't even go on that sandwich and how do you know I'm not deathly allergic? Yes. I'll be calling corporate. Thank goodness it wasn't for a child with an allergy, right?
Most recently, I ordered fries and a sandwich. The fries were (I can't stress this enough) disgusting. Luke warm and they look double fried. How they managed that during lunch is beyond me. The sandwhich had mayo oozing out of it, just way too much for a smaller sandwich. The employees barely acknowledged my existence. Read moreOk so this doesn't make any sense. Part of my order was a meal that I ordered large with a water. They charged for a bottled water. I asked if that bottled water was a "large water" they said they only do bottled water and that their "commentary cups are smalls". I said but I paid for the meal. It comes with a fry and a drink right? She said I could ONLY get a soda and I wasn't allowed to get a large water even though I was paying for a MEAL. Told her to refund the meal part and leave the sandwich. By the way. Ordered my double quarter pounder with bacon. I got no bacon. Wasn't charged for it at least but the logic and customer service at this particular location is severely lacking. Time of order is 8/1/2020 @ 7:35pm. Didn't get their names but if they see this. That makes about as much sense as a soup sandwich..... Oh and they shorted us 55 cents...
