Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Nevada

So carls jr is hit or miss some are good some are bad, this one is one of the bad ones. They don't bother to honor thier own schedule for the dinning area. They open and close it when they want basically. The drive thru is really slow. And employees are just generally unhelpful. I've been to this specific carls jr a few times but this last visit was my last. I've given this location too many opportunities. This time I used the carls jr app to take advantage of a bogo offer for a famous star. I made and payed for the order thru the app. I choose take out instead of the drive thru because I just wanted something before I had to work. I get there and I try go in to pick up my order but the door was locked I called the store to explain the situation but I was told that the dinning area was closed then the lady hung up on me. I was pissed. For 1 the dinning area is supposed to be open from 6 am to 10pm according to thier own sign. 2nd it was only 9:40pm. Also there was a line in the drive thru already and they take forever to get people's food done and i didnt have a lot of time left. So I left without bothering to get my food. Which sucks cause I already paided. So after work I go to see if I can get a refund or something. It was about 6:45 am when.i try to go in and what do you know the doors are still locked. I called the store again luckily the employee opened the doors. (So yeah don't count on the lobby being open ever). He said he was unable to do a refund he would need a manager. Ok so I asked what time would a manager be in. He couldn't answer me. When I asked for a number to call, also no answer. So now I'm trying thru the app but no luck either. Moral of the story only eat here if you have a lot of time you...

Went through the drive-thru 2 days in a row after getting off of a graveyard shift. My husband got the breakfast Burger, which he loves. He also was going to order French toast sticks- The first day the lady let us know that they were sold out of syrup and didn't have powdered sugar so he opted not to get them. We appreciated her letting us know. The next day the attendant did not tell him they were still out of those items and he ordered them. When we got home he was a little disappointed but luckily we were at home and we had our own syrup at least. If we were eating on the go he would have been really upset. I got my usual famous star burger and the regular fries this time. The food is always good when we go here. The French toast sticks mishap won't keep us from coming back there again. DO NOT GO to this store (4970 Blue Diamond Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89139) They gave me the worst service experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. There was nothing fast about their service. I was not the only one waiting for my food. There were five other customers waiting for more than 20 minutes for a burger. One customer said he was waiting more than 30 minutes. When I went to get my soda (Coke) one machine was dispensing clear and the other machine was flat. I made the clerk aware of this and he told me to get a different flavor. I asked if I could get a shake instead and pay the difference. He didn't know how to do that so I asked to speak with the manager but he didn't want to come out from the back to speak with me or assist his employee with my request.
