Mood- That Mozzarella
Upon entering it was about that time for them to close, but they allowed me to still place an order. Oh I was grateful for that. As I was famished. Menu is above the counter. You place your order, and wait for it to be called, then you get to decide all of the toppings you would like added to your dog.
Opted for a couple of Potato Mozzarella, Jumbo Beef, and Mozzarella Hotdogs. I went all in with the toppings. Sugar, ketchup, sweet chili, cheddar mustard, parmesan, and honey butter plus Horchata. My oh my. This location was the same love as I have for the one on Spring Mountain. So good, and def gooey.Deep fried happiness right there.
Interior is quite large. There is a stand up bar should you choose to eat your food inside. It really isnt intended for eat in. Everything was very clean. Staff were wearing masks for good ol Covid safety. The guys behind the counter were very friendly. Making sure all of the orders were taken care of.
Would recommend - pricing is cheap. It is easy to buy alot in here. When I went in the lady behind the counter was new. And I asked what flavors were their Agua Frescas. She had no clue what I was talking about. She said we dont have that we only have 2 refreshers. So then after a little contemplation I asked excuse me isnt that Horchata, Limon, and Mango she said yes, so I laughed and knew I wasnt completely crazy. So if you want the Agua Frescas just ask for their juice even though you already...
Read moreLet me start by saying this is the best Corn dog, and cheese sticks I've ever had. I don't even want to call it a corn dog because they are not in the same realm. When I first walked in I was greeted properly by the casheir, and he answered a couple questions I had. He was very informative and helped with my decisions. I went with the Cheddar Hotdog and the Potatoe Mozzarella. The Cheddar Hot dog was very delicious with the right amount of cheese in every bite. The batter used is spectacular. It's just a little crispy on outside, and soft on inside, but never mushy or dry. With the Cheddar dog I tried the honey mustard and sweet chili dipping sauces. Next was the Potatoe Mozz stick. This is the one the casheir said is a must try. At first it seemed like a strange idea, but Then I thought of cheese fries. The potatoes are chopped into tiny pieces and appears to be mixed with the batter. It was so good. The potatoes were light and crispy, and the cheese was melted and gooey. I accompanied the Potatoe Mozz with jalapeño ranch, and garlic parmesen dipping sauces. This is the way to try it , I highly recommend. They have house made lemonades, and refreshers, so I went with the Blue Rasberry lemonade, and it was so good. I definitely will be going back, but it will be hard to try other items since what I had today was so good that I want to...
Read moreThis place is worth a try, and I am not inti eating corndogs. I actually would only eat a corndog if I was starving. Although after tasting my son's orginal hot dog, I sent my husband to go back and get another one. We ordered an original dog, which is a regular corndog. However, the batter used is different than the usual batter. It was nice and crispy on the outside. We also ordered a potato mozzarella and rice cake. The rice cake was similar to eating a mochi cake with the sugar around it. I would definitely get the rice cake again as well as an original. To wash down the food, we ordered a dragon fruit lychee drink, which was refreshing. The prices are good, so good that the place had a lot of people ordering for pick up and lining up at the restaurant. I would definitely go here again for a light snack or dinner. Next time, I will try other toppings because they have more than just mustard...
