Chalong Thai Street Kitchen — Restaurant in Enterprise

Tried this place out since I love Thai and my wife wanted some spring rolls and chicken wings.

I got the Pad Thai, the noodles were sticking together and clumped up, it was weird and I had to really work to eat the dish. It tasted like oil and had little flavor. 2/10.

The Spring Rolls were decent but the peanut sauce they came in was terrible. It's like if you took peanut sauce and watered it down 50%. 3/10.

The wings? The wings were great. If you're in the mood for wings they're pretty awesome. Sauce on them was good. Crispiness was great. Etc. My only complaint is they had an add-on for the wings. "noodles". I did it for a few bucks more and got a box of clumped up noodles that you couldn't separate and had no flavor/anything with them, it was like a brick of warm noodles.

Wings were 9/10, but don't get the noodles, they ruined the experience.

I had the beef salad and it was pretty good. The beef was cold and I know some places the beef is warm and some places it is cold, because it is a salad. It was still pretty good! The soup was great! I definitely like this place better than Archies. We usually order from Archie’s but they mess our order up so much and their prices have gone up so much that it’s just not even worth it anymore and this place is right by the house and their prices are better, so I will definitely be going here more. I would like to dine in and see how the service is and if anything is any better. There are a lot of other things on the menu I want to try. Their menu mirrors my favorite Thai place back home. I definitely wanna try their crying tiger and nom tok but I really like that with sticky rice and they were out of...

I'm delighted that this is so near my home and I can't wait to get back and sample more of the menu. This is a great upgrade from the Thai place that occupied the space previously and I feel like based on the current economy, we got a fair amount of food for our money. The service was very friendly and helpful and both my wife and I loved our Pad Thai. We also tried the Garlic and Peppers, which was different than it has been anywhere else we've had it but still pretty solid.
