L&L Hawaiian Barbecue — Restaurant in Nevada

BUYER BEWARE: The prices on the menu that is on their website are different from what you get charged when you order on Google. I was overcharged $7, no big deal - I eat there all the time. I figured I would just let them know and ask for a credit on my next meal - no big deal.

Well, they made it a big deal. They ended up accusing me of making a mistake by ordering on-line (I placed a pick-up order not delivery). Then they started telling me that I should know that prices have increased and too bad for me - just deal with it. Attached are a pic of what I was charged and what the prices are on their menu. This should never have gotten to this point. I'm never going back to any L&L ever again. I don't like how they handled this situation, and I always make sure I tip nicely - I worked in F&B for 25 years! I'm bummed.

The food is not that great, I always ordered the garlic mahi-mahi because it is not too bad.

By the way, Caroline at their corporate office in Honolulu told me to make sure I always check the fine print on the menu. I guess menus are contracts now?

At this price point, this L & L needs to do better. "Mahi mahi," I think not. To serve an Asian or let alone anyone that regularly eats fish this so called "mahi-mahi" is a no-no. More like Swai fillet. Cheap, cheap. No lemon wedge and a packet of tartar sauce (tartar is super easy to whip up) 😑 The mac salad was very bland like salt was forgotten in the process. Even the spam musubi wasn't good. The rice was hard and it tasted like a different generic luncheon meat. Not very spammy. The loco moco is made from frozen patties, not even fresh. Better to go to Albertsons next door and get some waygu groud beef and make it yourself. Too many other Hawaiian food places popping up in the neighborhood to waste money here. Thoroughly...

Great location and parking. The food is very good but no pineapples at an Hawaiian Restaurant is difficult to understand. :) the food was good and we wanted to try this place for quite sometime so finally we did. Prices are good for the amount of food you get. They have combo meals that do not include the beverage. They. offer dine in or pick up. Good parking and the place is very clean and handicap accessible. Another place that ask for tip at ring up so I told her we tip after we eat and she was fine with that.
