We are long time customers of this store. The night manager at Sun Valley, Nv store took a phone in order for multiple menu items. Verified the complete order before the call was completed. Did not tell us they were going to call us back before they hung up to confirm the order we just placed. We were entertaining so the night manager said he called us back to verify the multiple menu items but of course we had no record of a call back on our cell phones. We arrive on time to pickup our order to our confused reaction the night manager said we don't have your order because you didn't answer your phone." What? You didn't answer your phone so we chose not to prepare your order. What we asked again along with why not? The guy just kept repeating over and over. Like it's not my problem. Note to self don't call your self a GM but act like it's not your problem. Right? What should have taken 10-15 minutes turned into well over an hour along with his attitude of hey what ever. Since when is it a requirement Noto do business with your apologies not even a complementary soda for our horrible over on hour long ordeal, and the best part...We were told to leave by this so called GM saying and I quote, " I don't have to do anything for you. It's not my problem." Really?? After years of loyalty to your store you treat us like you could careless about customer service? Or that we had guest waiting over an hour to get our order because we didn't answer our phone that never rang...never received a call from your store to begin with? Really? Give that guy a medal for the worsted customer service we have ever experienced in all the years of coming to that store. Shameful. I hope that the store owner takes appropriate action and removes the "GM" if not that store is going to loose business. If you do nothing then shame on you for allowing this guy to run your business...
   Read moreThis evening I ordered my pizza, wings, stuffed bread and lava cakes for family dinner at 6:50 pm. At 7:03 I received a call from the girl up front that they didnât have the lava cakes so she suggested replacements for the inconvenience but only to tell me it would cost more for something else. So i declined the excess so the entire ticket needed to be voided and resubmitted. I had no issues with this process or the fact they didnât have what I wanted at the moment. My order was âchecked for perfectionâ (according to Dominos tracker) at 7:14 pm. However, the process stopped there somehow because at 8:10 pm I contacted the store and spoke to a man named Chris who stated my order was next for delivery because they are really busy at the moment. At 9:00 pm I decided to drive down there to get a refund after sitting on hold for 10 minutes which is the drive time from my home. After arriving there I spoke to the woman up front that I wanted to cancel my order that had been sitting on the hot rack for well over an hour. She didnât ask any questions to as why I wanted to cancel my order. She voided the ticket after going in the back to speak to someone. Also, the most disappointing thing in the matter is the employees in the situation showed no regards or care to the fact I was upset about not receiving my order in a proper time. I would not recommend this establishment for pizza delivery services or anything due to the lack of customer service and quality of it.    Read moreI ordered online, a coupon that said "Carry Out Special any two for $5.99 ea. order online, pick up in store". I ordered online, the total came to just shy of $16. Perfect! I had $16 to my name and was my turn to get lunch for my coworkers. We have 30 min. lunches. I go to pick up the pizzas (2 medium) and she tells me my order is like $25. I told her (manager) that I ordered the Carry Out special online. She tells me "That's for Carry out only". I looked at the other customers and they are laughing as well at that statement. I said "ok... I'm here to CARRY OUT my order that I made online please". Another man came over and was "inquiring" about the "issue". I said "look, here's my order receipt online stating my total, she's trying to charge me $11 more.. Here's $16, can you please hand me my pizzas, I'm on lunch break." This guy tells me that price in the ad is for "in store order only". I got my phone back out to SHOW him that I already ordered ONLINE and my "order total" was less than $16 and even says when to pick it up. He tells me "There's nothing I can do.. The total is $25."
