El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Nevada

I wish I could give 0 stars First I will Never again will I order from this location... When arriving to pickup my order it was at the food delivery location Second when arriving my order was all wrong...no chicken in the chicken bowl..my salad looked like it had been sitting out for days..and the green sauce was missing the amount I ordered. On top of that the older lady was soo annoyed that I wanted my order corrected. She remade my salad WITH NO GLOVES (the picture is the replacement) it looked better then the first one they gave me. That says a lot(my family didn't eat it). Then when remaking my chicken bowl she didn't again wear gloves. I mean hello can u say germs. My husband is in the health field can u imagine his reaction to this?!! Never again will I go to the El Pollo Loco on Nellis and Tropicana..never again!! Yuck 🤮 stay away from this location unless you want your food packaged and handled with NO GLOVES!! AND ALWAYS ✅ YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING.. ALWAYS!! I never like leaving any reviews.. good or bad but I had to this time. Shame on you El Pollo Loco on Nellis/Tropicana Shame on you!!! Health violation...

Take the extra drive and go to another location, TRUST ME! This location seems to be ran by unprofessional teens. Every time I come, there's a long wait and something is missing from my order. Then you have to deal with attitudes when you complain. For example today, I ordered curbside from the app. I get there, check in, and after 15 mins, no food comes out. I went in and my order wasn't even checked yet. They started to make my food so I went to wait in my car. I get the food, drive all the way home and realized my burrito was missing. So I drove back and called from curbside. Not only did the yound lady tell me in a passive way that I'm lying because she packed the bag herself, she had a rude tone when speaking with me. I told her I just drove all the way home and came back, I don't need to lie about a burrito. She cuts me off and told me to come in and wait while they made another. It's absurd that I have to come in 2 times to grab a curbside order. What's the point of having curbside service? I highly doubt I'll be returning to this...

Horrible service again today. We went thought drive through around 11:30am. We sat at the order kiosk for just over 3 minutes before we were acknowledged and our order taken.. We noted that there were no other cars ahead of us and the lobby was empty. After placing our order we pulled up to the window and wanted to add one item, we were told we could not, that we would have to drive around and place another order. Still the store had no customers inside and no other cars were behind us in drive through. We did not get our extra item. When we got home, less then 3 minutes later. The 2 tostada chicken salads that we ordered were ice cold. As if pre-made and stored in the refrigerator. The chicken, bean and rice were all refrigerated. We tried to call the store to talk with someone but both calls we were hung up on. This crew horribly missed El Pollo Loco's standards for customers service and food provided. When this location first opened it was quite good and consistent. Now, it almost as bad as the Burger King...
