This place suckssssss!!!!, I ordered a pizza for pick up which I paid extra to have CRAZY STUFFED CHEESY CRUST, I pick up my pizza and it's not what I ordered it's all soggy and it's not the type of crust that I ordered, she manager at the front says she's going to remake it and I wait another 35 minutes for a pizza that should've been made right the first time, when the new pizza comes out it still looks exactly the same and I tell her that it's not made right and she closes the box and lets out the biggest sigh with an eye roll, and says she'll be right back, finally she comes back out with the right pizza and I'm able to leave, also while being there I bought a homeless man a cheese pizza and he wanted 2 sauces that are a dollar for both and she was like "that's extra you know that" and money isn't a problem for me lady I don't care how much they are if I'm buying him a pizza and he wants ranch sauce he can get the ranch sauce I can clearly read the big sign that says 59cents each or 2 for a dollar, this is besides the point she is complaining over a dollar but while I was waiting in line I witnesses her give her employee 4 pizzas and chicken wings, while the employee pretended to swipe her card, how are you going to give away almost $40 worth of food but complain over $1, over all a shitty experience they are definitely understaffed and most likely underpaid there was one girl in the kitchen making all the pizzas while another employee only sat there and put stickers on boxes with a filled lobby they're should've been at least 2-3 employees in the kitchen. Read moreI have a coupon for a Buy One Get One Free pizza, and the franchise at 3475 E. Flamingo Rd Las Vegas 89121 would not take my coupon... A lady manager told me that is because its a franchise. So I went to a corporate Store, the one at 5020 E. Tropicana Ave Las Vegas NV 89122 and The girl at the counter, her name is Tisha wouldn't take my coupon either for no reason whatsoever, so I asked to speak with the mgr; so there comes out this young man, he looked about 18yo., his name is Senjace, and him too decided to not take my coupon, and he said because its not a franchise !! WTH !? I told him I just came from a franchise...so he called Andrea, an Area Supervisor, and she told him not to take my coupon; and then he started questioning where I got the coupon from, like it was relevant ! At that point I was very upset and I asked Senjace to call Andrea back and after waiting several minutes I finally spoke with Andrea, she also started questioning me, like I had stolen money from the store...and she would not take my coupon, she said she never seen these coupons so she can't honor them. Soo my question is...why do you make these coupons if we can't use them ? Why do we have to go thru emberrestment trying to use a coupon ? Why do your emlployees do not know...
Read moreI've got too many options regarding Little Caesars locations nearby to put myself thru the torture of repeatedly trying to.give this spot the benefit of the doubt, thinking this next time will be better. Haven't a decent experience there since– I've lost count now. Always slammed packed. I try to mitigate that time by ordering ahead with the app, only to still wait anyway [regardless of what my "scheduled pick up" time is. Even still, the order is typically wrong, and after waiting for so long, dealing with staff that doesn't seem too happy or eager to help or correct any issues....I typically just take it as a win whenever SOMETHING with my reserved name comes up as ready. Last few times I've given up on trying to ask for help with wrong orders given to me, over paying, etc etc...sorry I've tried for too long to continue here– I understand it's a fast-paced, busy job, low pay, low incentive, dealing with tons of awful personalities all the time [especially awful when dealing with people's food...brings out the worst I'm them...] so I'm not hear to slam how awful and incapable they are here. But I will give my honest opinion and facts wherever...
