Mariscos Vallarta — Restaurant in Nevada

Been coming to this place for years and it was always great. Today 11/21 I came in and something in the campechana didnt taste right. Never have I had an issue before but I couldnt possibly eat the campechana because something tasted spoiled as if it gone bad.I nicely told the server and we returned both our campechanas completely full. When we got our bill the cook, not sure if hes the owner, refused to take the campechanas off our bill because he claimed he had sold so many and never had an issue. I kindly told him I have also been a customer for years and would never complain unless something was really bad and that I felt it wasnt fair to be charged. He proceeded to snatch the bill of my hands and throw it on the table beside him and say "whatever its fine then". He took off from where he was and just left me there. Both my boyfriend and I have worked in the restaurant industry and I cant imagine treating or talking to a customer like this. Although he said not to worry about the bill I still paid for what we actually consumed. By far the worst customer service provided. He could of cared less that we are regulars let alone treated me the way he did showing no respect, manners or even manager/owner skills. Horrible experience, if I could give 0...

Our first time ordering delivery was really disappointing. It was probably a mistake ordering the beef fajitas instead of the seafood as they don't have enough experience cooking it. The strips were way too overcooked and tough. They were also a bit too grizzly. The vegetables were done well. We also ordered flan but apparently they're not capable of making it in house. What we got was prepackaged from some vendor that supplies vending machines. The other sides were acceptable but how can you screw up rice and beans. I hope they do much better with the seafood. Was craving some Mariscos “seafood” and decided to try this place out. The location is right of the freeway with plenty of parking. Ambiance was calm and not too loud or crazy busy. We were able to sit our selfs down, right away we were attended. Our waitress was nice and friendly, the chips and salsa could be better but 🤷🏻‍♂️. We ordered an order of Mariscos Aguachile, Shrimp Ceviche Tostadas and half dozen of 🦪 Oysters.
