Roma Pizza — Restaurant in Nevada

I wish I had gotten pictures of pizza because as pretty as a pizza can be the ones that we ordered were pretty.

This Roma pizzeria offers a 2 for 1 special on any of their specialty pizzas. I would say it is a good deal not a great deal because their pricing for their specialty pizzas is quite high compared to other small pizzerias. Where roma really excels is in the overall quality. When you bite into the pizza you can tell that they do not use cheap ingredients. The cheese that they use on their pizzas is not the runny, fatty cheese that I've seen other pizzerias use.

This time we ordered the pepperoni lover's pizza and the Hawaiian pizza. Both of them were done perfectly and the crust was both crispy and slightly chewy. The sauce is not overly sweet and has a good mouth feel and texture to it. The pepperoni was not overly oily but actually meaty and sliced just little bit thick which I prefer. The Hawaiian pizza was a little bit light on ham but had a good amount of pineapple on it. The sauce and the crust on both pizzas were very good. The toppings were even and consistent on each slice. In addition to the 2 pizzas, we ordered one of their special medium sized pizzas with extra cheese. The cheese was chewy and stretchy and again not oily at all. One minor quibble that I have is that the slices were not slice through and we did have to cut each piece. To me this is a very minor point and with definitely not keep me from ordering from them again. This is the 3rd time that we have ordered from them and each time is consistently good so I believe we have found ourselves a pizzeria that the family can agree...

UPDATE 11/01 the owner Fernando called us after the entire debacle and showed concerned about what happened and had offered to make this right. That has never happened before with any other place so thank you Fernando we appreciate it, although it was to late for us to get our food in the end he is offering it to us to make it right. We have high hopes for this restaurant, so when we say the food is good it's good no joke. I still do not recommend ordering with the 3rd party co. Slice but please do not let that stop you from going in and ordering or hopefully they get different delivery co. And you order from them in the future believe me when we say the food is great and Fernando will make it right for you if something happens. This place has really good food. But their management is really bad and the company that they go through Slice SUCKS I do not recommend ordering online the driver just either stole all our food or gave it away to some random person and didn't follow directions really well now we have no food no money to order food and our Halloween just took a poop because of this. Horrible service horrible online service. DO NOT ORDER...

For the price I paid for this pizza I might have gotten a frozen pizza. The sausage was processed and looked like cat terds. Low amount of sauce. The pepperoni very stiff. No offense but little ceasers is better quality than this place. The cheese very skimpy amount. When you usually reheat a pizza it tastes better than the first time not this one. No original recepie all commercial ingredients. Bad processed.Now even worse I find dissatisfied my room mate goes to pick up pizza and doesn't tell me where he is going oh yes Romas pizza I get a phone call from him saying he is dissatisfied with the service and got 2 small pepperoni pizzas which should have had more toppings which he had ordered! What a coincidence!.The pizzas he ordered were not the pizzas he wanted. He calls me later and says I only ate a slice and a 1/2 not that good and I am going to get some nachos. FOOD...
