I am NOT one to complain...I work in retail for the past 30 years and I hate people that complain, HOWEVER.....I went there two weeks ago, and I am a regular customer as I live down the street and its easy to get to. It was hot out and I needed a drink, a large diet coke would have been perfect. of course there's 8 cars in drive thru, wrapped around and I sit in line what seemed like forever. finally get my diet coke and my friend got a "Half Cut" tea....... After leaving drive thru, my friend asked me to park and she needed to go into the store on the other side and use the ATM. I parked and took a drink.....its regular coke, not diet of course. I'm Diabetic, so thats not gonna work. I was irritated because of the countless times before I ask for diet and i get regular. I go inside to have them change it........ I am the only one in there and I stand there 5 minutes, workers walk by me seeing clearly I am there, not ONE asks if they can help me, even managers!! I'm trying to wave someone down and getting more irritated. 10 minutes goes by, NOTHING!! finally a girl walks in with her daughter and sees I'm waiting and she says "Rediculous isn't it??" she proceeds to tell me she had an issue the day before with her order and one of the employees called her "Stupid". so she steps ahead of me and says "Excuse me!!!! this guy has been waiting for 10 minutes and you got his order wrong" again......no one cares or comes to help, 15 minutes now and another girl walks in and she got the wrong order in drive thru and she pushes ahead of us and starts yelling to someone who will listen, the girl next to me tells her to wait her turn , we have the same issue, so they get into a shouting match with each other.. Finally I tell the girl to shut up and get behind us. finally a Mgr comes out and I tell him I just came through drive thru they gave me a regular coke and i just want them to change it to diet coke, I said Ive been here almost 20 minutes now and this is BS!!!! that no one even acknowledged me. so he and a few employees start arguing with me...REALLY????? 20 minutes of waiting to get what I ordered??? IF they would have just given me a diet coke in the first place......UGH!!!!!! I told him this is BS and a few other words. Granted I shouldnt have started yelling BUT I think it was that it was 20 minutes before ANYTHING got taken care of, its WRONG!!! My first job was Mcdonalds back in Detroit, and it was for $3.85 an hour and we took pride in our jobs and we would have been fired had we let a customer stand there 20 minutes and not helped them. These kids today just don't care yet they think they deserve $15 an hour??? for what???? I'll never go there again!!! IF I could give them NO stars...I would!! Then I finally get out to the car and my friend says.....this isn't Half Cut tea!!! wow!!!! just WOW!!! Read moreI have previously left a review about being refused service here, well the poor training and lack of service at this McDonald's continues...11:23 am Sat 6/19 - manager find out who your lead was and your 2 girls working the first pay window ...and fire them! I pulled up and they told me we are not taking orders right now. Then the lady turned off the mic. I pulled out of the drive thru, up next to the car that was in front of me that had just ordered and was now at the pay window and said, "you took his order, why wont you take mine?" The girl said, "well if you want to wait 30 mins. We're busy." I said, "Well I wasnt told that, I was told you arent taking orders and you refused to take my order." She smiled, rolled her eyes, whispered to her coworker and closed the window. I pulled back around into a now empty drive thru line, except 1 car and they were taking his order. I pulled up to the 2nd window this time in the drive thru. I asked again why they werent taking orders and she said, "well we are it's just a long wait." I retold what was said to me, and told her, "I was NOT told I could wait. I was told they could not take my order." I would like to know the manager of this branch. She said I'm new I dont know. I said well someone does. She walked away talked to the shift lead in a blue button up shirt, came back and said, "I dont know who it is." I asked to speak to the lead on this shift, the girl in the blue shirt. She said, "shes too busy packing orders." I said, "how you sent everyone away. There is no one in this line." She said well we have people inside. There were approx. 10 guests inside. I said, I will call later. I will find out the owner of this franchise as this is the 4th time I have been refused service at this McDonalds in the drive through. This service here is absolutely unacceptable. I work in customer service, my kids work in food service, and there is no way any of us could treat our guests the way I have now been treated for the 4th time. Note...twice has been "systems are down." One time I was not given a reason but since I was headed out of town I just went to another McDonald's,and then today. Read moreHorrible horrible horrible !!!!!!!!! Night crew is the worst! They seriously need to fire everyone there and hire new hard working people. People who really want work. Waited in the drive thru for over 5mins for no one to answer through the intercom, there was another vehicle on the other side that had been waiting for probably even longer than I was. I drove up to the 1st window to See a young man and a young girl sitting down talking to each other. They saw me but did not care to open for the window all they did was point to the 2nd window with a smile. Came up to the 2nd window to see a tall young man helping out a customer or 2, he acknowledged me but would not come over, finally he came over to window to stare at me and say he was busy helping others. I said ok that’s fine can you take my order? He said I can’t it’s against the rules I’m a rude tone of voice I said all I want is for you to take my order I will wait patiently and pay you. He kept saying he couldn’t and I needed to go back to line. I replied that no one was helping out through drive through and I was not going to go to back line after waiting and other cars being there. He said well I can’t do nothing. I asked for supervisor and he said sure! Rolling his eyes. He shouted out for Eric and Eric didn’t want come over who knows what he was doing probably flirting over with the girl he was speak to. Talk about being unprofessional at work. Well I lost my patience and I left. This is not ok. If this place wants to make money it needs a good night crew who really wants to work and take care of those customers. And people who care about their job that tall young man smelled so bad I couldn’t stand his scent when he got close...
