Miz Lola's Spirits & Gaming - Boulder — Restaurant in Nevada

We frequent here fairly often because we live across the street and Richard is absolutely amazing and he is the only reason that this review is getting more than one star Gigi is sweet as well!. every other time that we have gone there We definitely don’t feel very welcome. For example, it’s Monday 24 July at 12:55 in the afternoon and we walked inside to have a cocktail and the bartender was behind the bar. We walked inside, sat down and he proceeded to walk over around the bar and sit down and eat his lunch so we waited for a few minutes and after not getting served or even greeted, we just left so will go back on Richard shifts just to see him because he deserves it I mean he really is very very very friendly and always so positive. Best thing you guys did was move him to swing shift. He’s a gem. but this, unfortunately, isn’t the bar that it could be based off the other employees. We all know that we’re at a Bar on Tropicana and Boulder and chances are there’s gonna be some unsavory characters that come in here but that doesn’t mean that you should treat every single person that comes in here like there an inconvenience to you. Well where do I start? Overall the spot is very nice & Richard is a great employee. He's very attentive, courteous, nice, always smiling & isn't someone who judges or dislikes anyone who comes in from my observation. One employee by the name of GiGi, I can't say the same. She isn't very nice or attentive I've seen favoritism & her playing the machine while on the clock with a man. The moment I stepped foot into Mz.Lola's she gave me an unwelcome feeling to where I hate going there when she's working. I was very happy that this spot was opened bcoz I come to visit family in the area &like to sit down for a nice drink & unwind. I NEVER pay for my drinks bcoz I play. I hope management resolves that problem. I like to play where the atmosphere is calm, I tend to play great. I hit a Royal flush when Richard was working. Yes I especially like going to Lola's when Richard is on shift because he goes above and beyond to make everybody feel comfortable and he's very polite and he's quick I just enjoy it so much more when he's there I don't even come in if he's not really working definitely feel like more people would come in if you have more employees...
