👎👎👎😡 (Very Bad Customer Service) Since we were in the area I decided to stop here and use a coupon, that actually has the address to this location printed on it and it says buy one large family size and get a medium free. But the person at the counter was so unprofessional, he called I guess the manager or owner, and put them on speaker phone so we can hear how rude the comment was made that we did not authorize them to print those coupons, (whatever that means), so they are not going to accept it! This call should have been a private call, because the owner/manager sounded upset, as if it was our fault... But before that call the person at the counter was very rude as well and unprofessional, and even though we bought the pizza here many times and it is good, I'm reviewing this based on the bad customer service and I will NOT be back to this location. It's not our fault the customer, that they decided not to accept the coupon that was given to us. This could have been handled better and not put the manager or owner on speakerphone to make us hear ás if we're the bad guys. So they lost our business we did not end up even ordering. Since they trying to save a dollar instead of honoring it, and earning our business. We are the customer we didn't come in mad, we were excited about ordering a pizza to go and take it and bake it, for this reason I do not recommend this location, nor will I ever be back to this...
Read morePretty frustrated with my experience just now at this location. I never write bad reviews, but this experience really rubbed me the wrong way. I had placed an order for pick up using the Papa Murphy’s website and upon my arrival, they did not have my pizza ready and did not even know about my order. No big deal, things happen. This was not the upsetting part. The frustrating part was the customer service or lack there of. The worker had an attitude with me and basically thought that there was no way that I didn’t make the mistake. He didn’t even ask to see my order confirmation and I stated the address of the location I was at and had ordered from and he didn’t know the address of the store he was working at. After verifying that I had placed the order at the correct address, I was the one who had to suggest showing him the confirmation email. Overall, his demeanor was not pleasant. After waiting for about 15 when my pizza should have already been ready (ordered ahead) I asked for a few sides of ranch and he was told I would be charged. I feel like customer service is part of the experience and I would have felt so much better about the situation if they just gave me the dressing for free after this inconvenience. Read morePlease don't waste your time with this place. Its Teachers Appreciation week and we attempted to order from this location after they provided flyers to order online. Door dash picked up the order and never delivered it. Called the store for assistance and they could care less. They had my money, not their problem. WOW!! So, I worked most of the evening trying to get my pizza or my money. Annie (Night Shift Mgr) NO HELP. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE provided at all. This was the first time we tried this pizza. Its my last. If they have the ability to show NO CONCERN, provide no guidance or not make it right for the customer, I care not to do business with them. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK. My next stop is corporate. This poor customer service cannot go unchecked. After reading other customer experiences, it appears that this has been happening for some time and hasn't improved at this location. And, Oh by the way, responding with "Sorry" ain't gonna cut it. Make change. Strive to be and do better. (Side note) Called Door Dash as well.
