The staff at this location are very friendly and welcoming.
I've gone here once before and the food was, ok. Nothing special. Today, however; my bf convinced me to go a second time. We both ordered the teriyaki bowl, I absolutely hated it. He didn't like it much either but he ate it anyways. I do not know what they did differently but the chicken was very dry, and had a chemical taste and after taste. It did not sit well with my stomach. I only had 5 bites because I felt bad he bought the food and it would go to waste. Half an hour later I tried again because I was hungry...but it was so terrible that I ended up just throwing it away anyways. I really could not stomach that chemical flavor, didn't even taste much like teriyaki sauce... I hate to say it..but Panda's teriyaki chicken tastes better to me. Their mac salad is not to my liking either. I'm extremely dissatisfied and would like to know if they maybe changed the recipe or if its because of new chefs. Like I said, I've gone one other time and the food was ok. This time, not at all.... I don't plan on...
Read more21.00 for chicken breast and rice with a drink even though it's a large is still outrageously overpriced I've taken my family multiple times to Chili's another sit down restaurants paid $50 and still gave a tip after, going here though prices are marked up so high the only thing that's good about it is the sauce anybody can make chicken and rice. And the portion control is like the Gestapo measure every last gram of chicken and will never give you an ounce more without charging you some absorbent amount for an extra chicken charge. I'd much rather enjoy seeing a business model where you have Fair reasonable prices making me want to come back multiple times a month rather than charging me $21 and having to come once a year
Your food's good but not that good recommendation would be to at least offer the drink with the purchase at that price surface was good kid was nice trying to get extra...
Read moreI ordered a large beef teriyaki plate from here, and I liked the food; the plate came with veggies and rice. I also ordered a six-piece Crab Rangoon, which I loved! When I arrived home, I called the restaurant and informed them I received a four-piece Crab Rangoon. The lady who answered offered to give me a six-piece if I returned or credit me the difference. I went with the credit because I had settled in, and I did not want to head back out again.
Unfortunately, I never received that credit to my card. Otherwise, I had no complaints. The restaurant was nice and clean and had televisions that featured an NFL playoff game, and the food tasted good. The price is more than comparable teriyaki restaurants. If I return, I may speak to a manager to receive a credit or get the two Crab Rangoons I got shorted on my...
