Worst service EVER! It wasn't the server it was the new cook. My man ordered a breakfast omelet, I had sliders & my friend had a chicken quesadilla. After 25 minutes we got the sliders & quesadilla. My sliders were made wrong so the waitress said that he would make the two of them the right way & I could take them home if I wanted to. When my two other sliders came I offered one to my man who was still waiting for his omelet to arrive. When he bit into the slider it was red inside. The server kept coming back & apologizing but that doesn't help when your waiting & eating in front of someone who's still waiting for their food. As we were finishing our food the cook brought the omelet out & he apologized saying that he was new & it was hard finding where everything was to make stuff. Needless to say I've lived in Vegas all my life & I'm 56 year's old & this was the worst service...

If you’re looking for a bartender who gets it just right, Kayla is the one. Working the 4 PM to midnight shift, she’s got that perfect balance of attentiveness without hovering—always there right when you need her but never overbearing.

She made sure we were never forgotten—checking in regularly, keeping our drinks fresh, and creating a relaxed, welcoming vibe that made us feel like regulars even if it was our first visit. She’s got that rare ability to be present, professional, and personable all at once—a true gem in the service industry!

If you stop by PT’s on Silverado Ranch & Bermuda, Kayla’s the one to look for. She makes great drinks, has great energy, and ensures a top-tier bar experience. 10/10...

Wow this bartender was not good. When a gamer shows up throws a hundred in, also asks for change for a hundred, adds money into william hill kiosk, throws another hundred in, he shouldn't have to ask for another drink. Instead continously asks the poeple not gaming, customers eating (not gaming) guy sitting at the bar, not in front of a machine, and guy standing not in front of a machine, if they need more drinks. Pretty sure not protocol, right now. PT's might have forgot how gaming bars work? I like Nikki, but since Steve left, not the same. I won't be back. I went to The Distill to gamble at a bar who appreciates good...
