I never visited this place when it was under the few names it had before. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and warm feeling I received upon entering. This place is a dimly lit little piece of heaven off Pecos road. While I'm sure it gets busy during the evening, I wanted to check this place out for lunch during the day. I was not disappointed.
Upon entering, my coworkers and I were greeted by Noreen, the server. She is exceptional at her job and really puts her best foot forward to provide awesome customer service. My co-workers tried the Durango Burger and loved it. I went with the Philly Cheese Steak. Not one of us were disappointed. My compliments to the chef on our food. It wasn't a greasy mess considering most bar food is. When I bit into my sandwich, it was bursting with flavor and the portions were perfect
I can't think of a better place to visit on my lunch break. If your looking for a place to eat with co-workers or to do a business luncheon, this place has you covered.
Thank you Noreen and the Chef who prepared my meal. I will definitely return to this...

Everyone who worked at this Putter's was very friendly and fast with the drinks. The bartender we had had a great sense of humor, so that just makes it even more fun when you go out. I went with a group of friends and we had a good time sitting at the bar. It's well-lit, clean, and good music. There's a pool table, the bar, and additional seating away from the bar. I would recommend Putter's for drinks and my food was delicious as well.
UPDATE MARCH 2019. I unfortunately have to change my review for this location. The last two times I've gone there the female bartenders have been very rude to me and I don't know why because I am a friendly person and I don't tip poorly. But they seem to have a problem with my friend, and therefore it seems like they have a problem with me. I'm not going to go back to this location if I'm not going to be treated nice especially when I'm spending a lot of money on the machines and the drinks...
Read moreI may be a bit bias because I basically grew up in the T-Birds off of Trop and Pecos. It turned into a Putters eventually but the food was still really good and the atmosphere was chill, with all the servers always remembering us and being really nice. It ended up changing, got rid of the restaurant and replaced it with a pizza place owned by a third party company. Now I actually think it’s permanently closed. So imagine my mom and I being pleasantly surprised when we stopped into this Putters after an interview I had, and had a really great experience, kind of like the good ol times at our old Putters location. Our server was amazing and the food (taco basket and a shrimp wrap) were pretty tasty too. We will definitely come back to...
