Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Paradise

Went here on April 5th of this year for an order of onion rings.Went to the drive thru and waited.After a minute nobody answered so I said hello.Only then did they answer.When I pulled up to the window to pay, the girl, a young hispanic lady with heavy eye makeup and hair in a short ponytail handed me the bag,but when I checked inside there was no ranch.When I turned and asked politley for ranch she said it should be in there,it wasn't.When I turned to her again she slammed the window closed.I just sat there shocked at her rudeness but didn't drive away until she reopened the window.She did,and I asked for the ranch once more,only then did she hand over two packs to me,and as she proceeded to shut the windows once more I could hear here complaining to her co worker about me,unreal.I have frequented this sonic for years and never have I been treated so rudley.This was not the first time i had her serve me and get snappy,but the second.I've been a retail manager before and if this chick was under my watch,she'd be filing an unemployment claim out by the next day for being snippy to a customers like she did to me.She needs a coaching by her manager at the very least,which is something I'll be recommending when I talk to...

From Drive Thru

1. Could not understand the person that was taking the order. Her English was horrible. Cannot believe they would put someone in that position who could barely speak English.
2. Very unreasonable wait time in the Drive Thru lane
3. Jr Cheese Burger & Sonic Cheese Burger. Both had buns so dry that you could not swallow a bite if you did not have a drink to wash it down.
4. Both were swimming in condiments. No reason to put that much mayo, mustard, and ketchup that is actually drips out of the sandwich.
5. Both burgers did not really taste like hamburger, maybe because of all the excess condiments. Plus, they are really, really thin burger meat patties.
6. Fries started out okay, a little salty, but by the time I finished the burgers and then onto the rest of the fries, they were cold and tasted like they were cooked...

I just want to say I’m very disappointed in one of the employees at the following location above. The date and time: 4/27/22 @ 5:14pm the receipt/CHK #368 I just want to say I’m very disappointed with an employee by the name ( Genesis ) she has been very rude for the last several times I have ordered at this location. She doesn’t acknowledge me or my wife when we say hi or ask a question. She just walks up and quickly hands us our Order without even looking at us. Doesn’t mange any eye contact or even smiles. They shouldn’t have an employee who doesn’t seem to like her job there. There is another employee by the name ( Wendy ) who is very nice and always joyful. She at least acknowledge me when I ask a question. All employees should be like her. I have not had any issues with my orders. Just the customer service from that...
