I LOVE Parsley’s! I’ve been coming since 2013 maybe? It’s one of the first Mediterranean restaurants I’ve been to and still one of my favorites for all of these years. I’ve also never had a bad experience with the employees, not until today that is. I order what i want from the first woman at the counter was nice, she took my order and asked me what i wanted twice as she forgot i ordered a steak shawarma initially. I didn’t mind that she asked, i rather they make sure that what they had was correct because i wasn’t in the mood for chicken today. The next lady asks if i want anything else (tsaziki, tahini, etc.) she turns around and grabs the meat but didn’t ask me to verify what i wanted, at this time the cashier asked me what i ordered so she could ring it up and i wasn’t able to tell what meat the lady put on my plate as she put the toppings on already and packaged it up. So i ask the cashier to verify it wasn’t chicken. Then the lady grabs it and throws it away and acts like she is very annoyed that they just wasted food (totally understand, I would too but don’t show the customer that). She makes another plate and she starts telling the cashier in Spanish to make sure to verify the plate before she rings the customer out, with an attitude. I tell her that she didn’t verify my plate and she immediately becomes defensive and starts telling me she doesn’t know what I’m talking about and no one was talking about me and that people keep stealing orders. Granted, that may be the case but i also find it very coincidental that this occurred right after what happened with me. The cashier apologized to me for the woman’s attitude. Maybe it was an off day, as I’ve seen her through out the years and she’s been pretty nice to me. But today was not a good experience and it cost you a customer. If you are experiencing a decline in customers maybe look to her for some answers. I’m really sad because i love this restaurant but i felt like my dignity was ripped away. Read moreFrom the minute we walked it, the staff who were at the counter were rude. I do not know if being a bigger party was the issue and overwhelmed them but their first phrase was “we are going to do one at a time” in an uninviting manner. When one of the individuals I was with ordered a kabob plate, and attempted to state what else she wanted on her plate, the lady behind the counter proceeded to state “it’s going to be 15 minutes before it’s ready, I told you I will call you when it is ready” in an extremely unprofessional manner, we may have not heard her because it was loud in there and that may have upset her so she dismayed the fact that clearly she was still in line due to having to still order for the others. We continued to order food for the rest of our family. The lady at the cash register had a condescending smirk on her face. When I couldn’t use my pin on my card I asked if I could skip my pin and she just smirked and shrug her shoulders, so I proceeded to resort to another option. When I walked away to get our drinks I heard the initial lady preparing our food talking about us in Spanish to the lady at the cash register, little did they know I understand Spanish. The whole experience was uncomfortable, since they even “forgot” to give us one of our food items and we had to remind them. Furthermore, what was pretty disgusting was that there was hair in my food, leading me to wonder if it was done on purpose. Read moreI really dislike leaving negative reviews, but I can't let this one go. I ordered online to go on 2 separate times weeks apart and both times I had the same bad experience. I usually pick up my orders to go at least 10 minutes later than the expected time to give the crew extra time, but both times in this particular restaurant, my order ticket was on the counter, not even started, it seems they prioritize everything else but not the to go orders through their own website. Both times I had to wait until they were done with all their customers in line and their delivery orders until they finally started mine, which to me this defeats the purpose of ordering to go and ahead of time. Besides that, both times I asked for additional condiments and both times they forgot to add them, this last time, the cashier got upset when I asked her for my additional condiments and she was rude when I asked her for one particular one and she said they were out of it, she didn't offer other options and they didn't even apologized for not having my order even started.
