Where do I begin? I went to this location about 2 weeks ago and had an issue with a Mgr. he would not give me the price of an item on the shelve because the store priced it wrong. He told me it was a mistake and walked away from me (what great customer service)! I had to walk after him and ask him why would a mistake on his staffs part make it so I cant get the item. Pretty much he told me to go where the sun don’t shine.. I went home and called the 1-800 number and about 4 days later the same Mgr called me, (Zoren). He told he that it was a misunderstanding and he would like to make things right. He asked if I needed anything and I told him not at this time however I have a jack I got about 4 months ago that is broken and I don’t have my receipt. He told me to come down to the store and he will take care of it for me NO PROBLEMS, along with that to let him know whenever I need anything and he will give me quote “A HUGE DISCOUNT”…when I get there I ask for Zoren, a clerk says let me get him. A girl comes out named Samantha. She says that he is gone for the day. She didn’t want to help me at all and then I say where is Zoren, he told me to come here and he wont even come out here, she slips and says that he is on a conference call, then says he is off the clock and wont see me. What a coward. He tells me to drive all the way there, he wont help me and now I have some girl that doesn’t know my whole situation and she wont even help me. After arguing with her for almost 45min she swaps out my jack and does nothing else for me. If you ever need customer service this is not the place...
Read moreI have been doing lots of business with Harbor Freight Tools here in Las Vegas since 1996. And no matter which store I have ever dealt with, the first one being @ the corner of Tropicana & Industrial, I have ALWAYS been extremely pleased with their awesome selection of both tools & merchandise. I have also been very pleased with both their prices & their employees. Being the person I am I am not easily impressed nor am I the your of person that gives praise that is not earned. Yet @ the same time I have always noticed that most people are quick to complain but are slow to give praise. Therefore I Love to give praise whenever possible. I would like to say a Sincere Thank You to all the employees that I have had the pleasure to have done business with in the past 20 yrs. I honestly & truly believe that anyone that has written a negative comment should probably seriously look @ themselves very closely & honestly before they complain about others. Read moreI swear every time I go into that place I need one item and I walk out of there with $90 worth of stuff You got to love it with only one $25 special expenditure The rest of it I pretty much needed in my toolbox and the staff is very friendly and very helpful super nice. So I spend $90 on 14 items today there @ HFT and I got in the car and then I went to the home Depot site to check how much I would have normally spent if I would have purchased those items from home Depot and it was like easily twice as much if not more. Aactually I'd say 175 is what I would have spent at home Depot and I would have gotten less quantity of the same items with exactly the same quality of product s . Also two items I purchased today of the 14 home Depot doesn't even carry on the shelf for in-store purchase.and those 2 items were a stainless steel twisted knot wire grind wheel and a nylon abrasion wheel.
