Stonehouse Bar & Grill — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

PLEASE READ BEYOND MY FIRST POST!!! Place, after further inspection, is filthy!! Smells horrible and parking lot is dirty and empty!!

Tuesday night 2 people in there we walked in and still 2 people in there lol Alecia, bartender,was fantastic only real bummer is it reakes of cigarettes!! And then they are Dog Friendly as long as on a leash and looked after by owner!! I unfortunately they smoke inside and very little ventilation!! So, if cigarette smoke bothers you, stay away!! It’s a cool Dive Bar!! All good people!

Update: !! Don’t waste your breathe going here! If you can stand the stench from 1/2 block away and the parking lot wreaked of rotten diapers and not sure what other stench was , but I walked to the Bar for a beer past Friday night,and my service dog was scared of the parking lot ( was light out, but from smell) and had to talk him into going inside. Still smells inside. The bartender ( little dirty blonde haired woman) was nice. All of a sudden, my service dog, who was at my feet and quiet, jumped up and spun around and gave a bark !! An older patron had walked up behind us and touched his butt and startled both the of us!! I asked her what the heck, and my dog was just staring at her, and bartender came over , told me that if he barked again, not allowed in bar!! The patron was not very polite and I couldn’t understand much of what she said, but I was Pissed that bartender blamed my dog for barking!! If someone came up and touched your butt or your service dogs, what do you think he would do!! Paid for my beers and will never go back inside!! Dang!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!Dark, stagnant atmosphere. It’s the most lifeless place I’ve visited in a very long time. The service from Alisha (Alicia) is absolutely horrible. She has the WORST personality ever! I asked her for no salt on my fries and burger (health reasons). It was loaded with salt. LOADED! I asked very politely could she make me more fries no salt. She slams the door open, and then she rolls her eyelets and said “they’re complaining about the fries”. I politely excused myself from the restaurant. Respectfully. She then comps my friends food and tells them that she didn’t want to deal with them and to “go away”. I was told that the manager is never there and that the owner hasn’t been around since Dec. So these rude staff are left to just run the business into the ground? He doesn’t care that there are no more than 15 cars there in a day?? Okay…. And don’t want us there, eh??? Fine. We won’t come there. But from the look of your parking lot, no one else is either! We were nice, polite and in good spirits. This woman was not! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Horrible! It’s okay. The waitress assumed I wanted my burger medium and didn’t ask me how I wanted my burger cooked. The cook brought me the meal and I explained I didn’t want any pink. He remade the order without hassle. I recommend if you feel ignored... speak up to get assistance here! The waitresses are blind and deaf. It was Monday night football time and maybe I caught her really busy? Who knows? I just had to be more assertive than I usually do at other bars and grills. I did notice the bartender helping the people whom she recognized as soon as they walked in the door super fast. Me...I walked in, nobody gave any advice like take any seat....I waited 15 minutes and then decided I would have to approach her and speak up for service! This place, you need to be assertive and don’t expect much help. You’ve got to know what you want, including the assumed stuff, else you might get things you just didn’t want! If your not assertive, I’m pretty sure you’ll be allowed to sit there all night watching TV without buying...
