Typically, when you go to a coffee shop in the morning… especially in New England…. you run into rude or rushed service. That wasn’t the case here. Nicole’s customer service was absolutely delightful, and the whole crew created a great experience. My food was served piping hot, the coffee was excellent, and Nicole patiently helped me choose my drink. Instead of the usual quick “anything else?” she went the extra mile with suggestions like, “Would you like to add some hash browns? How about a nice shot of espresso to go with that yawn?” It felt more like genuine care than a sales pitch, and I can really appreciate that. No white cheese and never informed. My daughter pregnant could not eat pepper jack. Brought back no apology made us feel like we were wrong! I was polite too. Never go back to that place. aside from smaller coffee shop businesses, i've always been a big fan of honey dew; *especially over dunkin..this location never EVER steers me wrong. the girls here are my favorite, especially danielle and shayna! they know my exact order the second i pull up to the speaker 🥲 they are all super welcoming and attentive and you can tell they have fun, and they should! for my people who love a coffee purely for the taste of coffee, their coffee is always full flavor, never burnt or watered down, and this is definitely one of the few coffee shops who can actually perfect a simple iced coffee. on my days off THIS is the coffee i look forward to in...
