Wings Over New Bedford

I order from this place quite often, it’s actually one of my favorites, however, there’s been a slow decline in customer service that has been deterring me from ordering here as I once used to. The young lady who picks up the phone is very rude and has no sense of customer service nor do I think she understands the impact she’s making against the chain. I’m sure she knows who she is, one who’s always talking so “ghetto”. I’ve had my orders wrong a few times and I’ve called just to ask them to be a bit more attentive. Because we as customers expect to get what we’re paying for. Granted, it’s not a big deal as we all make mistakes, it’s just life. Last time I called there was because, as I said, mistakes happen and they got my order wrong. I called them let them know and please be more attentive. She got very defensive and annoyed, I understand it wasn’t her fault but this wasn’t mines either. My whole point was to try and communicate with them that this has been going on a few times already and make them aware, but it was obvious from her attitude and she gave no f*** what you thought. For that reason, I give it a 1 not because of the food but because of the lack of service.
