George Webb Restaurant — Restaurant in New Berlin

This young teen girl with blonde hair and brown hair she was very rude to my friend and I. It took her about a hour to give us service .she didn't even come over to see how everything is. And there was a man at the counter that she service before us.And gave him more of her attention then my friend and I. And when this man asks for a bowl of soup she put she fingers inside the bowl before she filled it up with soup. That isn't the right way you do things if you are working with food in a restaurant! You grab it by the sides .And there was a man coughING he and his wife were sitting by the bathroom but no one went to he's tablet to see if he was OK or needed something This was the worst service today The cook as the young lady Was more helpful than the young lady with blonde hair was ?the chill was very cold and didn't taste like chill My Mt dew tasted like soap was add in at the last drop. It will be about another year before I step foot inside another Georgia web's restaurant cause we were very disappointed on ourservice tonight and our meal as well! My wife and I have gone to this location for years. Not always perfect but its webbs! Well last night was the worst experience I ever had in a restaurant. My food came first. Then 5 minutes later my wife's food came after sitting up on the counter. She order 2 eggs over hard with yoke cracked and well done bacon. The bacon was not cooked and the eggs were runny also not cooked. They took the eggs back and we waited and waited. Two more orders came out I was done with my meal. Never saw the eggs. The wife opened up the napkin to find dried food on her fork. We did get one meal taken off the bill. It was late we were hungry. That's why we went to eat. The cook had no hair net face mask and looked like a slob or had some kind of issue. If you dont need well done food or have cooked the way you want and like dirty left over food on your fork and plates. This is the place for you. We will never be back. Off and on we have gone here for over 15 years. Glad they have such a good buisness. Worst experience at this location. It will be our last visit to any webbs. Prices too high for this kind of filth...

Check your food order when you order take out. Came in at 8:45PM and ordered a few simple things on the menu. I paid and went to a nearby gas station to fill up while the food was prepared. When I returned. The guy behind the register gave me the food. I live 2 miles from the place. My GF ordered a simple DOUBLE PLAIN HAMBURGER. She cannot tolerate cheese. When I ordered I specifically ordered a double plain. Register guy even confirmed it. After the gas station and then home, the order was incorrect. GF tried to call them and tell them order was incorrect AND to try to get them to prepare the NEW double so to save time. No, the guy argued, wasted time calling up the order while she was on the phone. Then I arrived. Both the guy and the cook said I ordered a double CHEESE. Nope. Been going to this place with other staff... NO PROBLEM'S. Today, not even an apology or statement of error on their part. Supposedly, got the difference back on my CC. We'll see.
