They were so kind, helpful and responsive. My external hard drive stopped working and I went into panic mode because it had years of family photos. They clearly explained all of my options and reassured me they would do their best and get back to me as soon as possible. They did both. Fortunately, they were able to save my hard drive and recover the data. They were very reasonably priced, which I appreciated, but I appreciated their professionalism, their concern and their responsiveness even more. Had a great interaction with Brookfield Computers and they did NOT fix my problem. Let me explain, I was having problems with my monitor a thought it was the HDMI port. Joe confirmed what it would take to fix the problem (which was more than what the computer was worth), but also gave me a workaround. By not talking me into something and giving me other alternatives, Joe saved me several hundred dollars and I have a functioning extended monitor on my laptop. I would definitely go back to them as I know they are not going to try to sell me something I don't absolutely need. Thank you Brookfield Computers. Service done...

They were great. SOMEONE (not saying who) spilled soup on their keyboard and although dried it out successfully burnt up some keys with a hairdryer. They gave me two options since two of the obscure keys never used were non functioning. They could have just told me the more expensive option to replace the whole keyboard but they also gave me the option of just replacing the keys "someone" fried. Gotta love...
