From now on, I'll go out of my way to another Arby's location or just go to a different fast food restaurant altogether before I'll bother with the New Brighton Arby's again.
They weren't that busy, but were having issues keeping up with orders. Seemed very disorganized, and aside from the one guy absolutely busting his butt trying to keep up with a backlog of orders, there didn't seem to be any sense of urgency with those working there.
Was there to pick up an online order, they didn't have anything up on the pick up rack. Stood over where you wait to pick up online orders, was never acknowledged by the staff. After about 20 minutes another customer flagged down one of the workers because she felt bad at my being ignored. Turns out my food was just sitting on the back counter the whole time. The worker gave me the bags and I had to ask for my drinks. She walked away, i thought to get the drinks, but never came back. Had to flag down the guy who was busy running everything else in the front beforeI got my drinks.
I wasn't the only one having a bad experience. From what I saw, least one drive thru customer drove off because they got tired of waiting on something to be brought out, and from what the lady waiting for her order in the lobby with me said, people regularly have bad experiences here. From the other reviews I've seen, I can believe it.
I've worked customer service, and in the food industry, so I HATE causing a fuss because I know it's a tough job, but Arby's charges way too much for what they offer for this to be acceptable. $30 for a bad experience, cold sandwiches and rubbery cheese sticks. At least the turnovers don't taste bad cold.

Read moreOrder chicken blt meal, and hubby ordered 2 for $6 sandwiches, payed ,asked to pull around order would be a min (15 min to be exact) say thanks and off we go, reach in for a fry cold, and said ehh we don't really eat frys so not a huge deal, get home and imagine no chicken on a chicken blt...called and Mgr was very rude, accused me of being aggressive, I wasn't to upset until then, I mean I paid almost 12 bucks for a meal with cold fry and no chicken on a chicken blt, wouldn't even have minded if it would've been bacon that was missing but the chicken.Afterr Mgr was so rude decided to call customer service, mind you this incident happened in March 2024, customer service apologizes and is sending 2 sandwich coupons, here we are end mid July 2024, no coupons and 2 more calls to customer service, NO COUPONS. If store level is rude , customer service can't send a coupon in the mail in 4 MONTHS, wonder what corporate is like, lol, Arby's WAS a favorite go to, but no more. The store in question is located in New Brighton Pennsylvania. I just feel like Arbys is saying who cares about what happened, we do not need your patronage! Message was recieved loud and clear. Read moreWell, came to the location around 8:24pm ordered a #13 asked for large everything. Also asked for jalapeño bites. Gentleman at drive thru never read the order back at all to confirm. I get to the window I have my drink gyro and jalapeño bites. I asked him doesn’t the #13 come with fries he stated he thought I wanted to replace them. I asked him how come everytime you take my order you never pay attention. I went inside proceeding to get fries and even pay for them. I also asked the shift supervisor if the #13 came with fries in which he should have heard the whole order if he wore a headset. I told the supervisor in front and the worker that he does not pay attention and yea I did curse. Stated that I disrespected his worker by telling him the truth he doesn’t pay attention rather than apologize . Shift supervisor proceeds to yell. I asked for my money back and the district managers telephone number in which they stated was Tiffany hopefully I get a response . But I know that if I constantly screwed up at my I wouldn’t have one. I guess there’s no such thing as having pride in the job...
