I’ve visited this place three times, and unfortunately, each visit has gotten progressively worse.
First, the music is consistently way too loud—so much so that it's hard for the staff to even communicate with customers. It makes the whole experience stressful and unpleasant.
My first visit was decent, nothing special, but acceptable. However, when I returned in January, I was disappointed. My quesadilla and sides were all jumbled together in the to-go box. It looked messy and unappetizing.
Still trying to give them another chance, I visited again last week—and that was the last straw. The taco beef was gummy and tough to chew; I literally had to spit it out. The music was blaring again, and to make things worse, the entire place smelled like old, fishy frying oil.
Sadly, I can’t recommend this place anymore. It seems like the quality has gone downhill, and the environment is just not enjoyable.

Went to the restaurant, they never got the order, Machete and a burrito. But sure as hell my credit card was charged! No text, email or phone call saying my order was done! Called Zing, you know they have issues when they include a phone number to dispute orders on their home page! They said they would look into it, call the restaurant. Either they didn’t or Brothers said they completed the order, either way I was never contacted but still billed for the food. Ended up going to a local food truck which was way better anyways!! I guess they’ll really miss me now for I’m never going back! Update 9/24/25 They did refund the cost of the Machete I ordered, $20.99 not the Burrito? So I got the burrito, but not the Machete? Read morei originally gave a 5 star review when the business first started. however, it's been very hit & miss as of late. my most recent order was a disappointing experience. i went in to pick up my phone order and the guy who took my money was putting on a glove... he handled my money with both hands while wearing one glove. then immediately he went to boxing up my order. that included him grabbing into lettuce and pico - with the gloved hand that just touched money!!!! i tried to get his attention and he couldn't hear me over the music but when he made his way towards the register and scooped up sauce for my order, i told him i just wanted my money back. he didn't argue or even ask why. i been going there for a couple years now and even sent people there. I don't want to leave a bad review but anyone who has dealt with food poisoning takes these actions...
