Usually this place is good but after this experience tonight, we won’t be going back. I waited 35 minutes past my estimated pickup time. I get it they are busy no big deal. After the almost hour since ordering, I finally get my food. I take it back to my house where my wife looks at the food. My hoagie is wrong and missing toppings. Ok mistakes happen but my wife and I take it back down. They apologize and say they will make a new one. My wife notices that they are just adding the extra toppings onto the one we just brought in? You think that that is acceptable to a paying customer? After they got caught taking the easy way, they made a brand new one. My wife was watching and the one employee was touching food without gloves and went right to grabbing a broom and sweeping the floor right back to food with her bare hands. She never even washed her hands or put gloves on. My wife asked to speak to the manager and explained the situation and asked for a refund. The employee heard my wife and said well I wasn’t touching your food. So it’s ok for you to touch other peoples food after touching a broom without gloves on? That is disgusting and you can’t even get the basics like customer service and washing your hands right? I won’t be eating here again and would rather make pizza rolls. At least I know my hands will be washed.
Update: Tonight I picked up my online order and witnessed 1 employee smoking and 1 employee vaping in the store. This is disgusting. There is so many health codes violations and I will be going to the BCHD with photographic evidence of the employees. This is the last time I will ever order from any Marcos Pizza. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I called restaurant to determine what happened where I spoke with Collin. He stated pizza order had wrong address, but would be sent back out. I asked his name he mumbled something, I asked him to spell his name at which time he said "I've gotta wait on other people" and hung up. I called back and spoke to John, the Manager, who advised that, again the order was going to be sent back out and would be 25-30 mins. I've now been waiting an hour and it's going to be another 25 to 30 minutes. I asked why the driver didn't call. John said the driver did call, but no one answered. No missed calls showed up on my phone, no voice mail asking for clarification.
