Krispy Kruncchy Chicken is my go to when I want fried chicken when I resided in New Britain. I moved to South Carolina and when I visit New Britain I always get my chicken here. I came here in April of 2023 and I was not disappointed. This time I came and somehow I lost my wallet. I am so happy and grateful for the honesty of the people that work there. I spent 70.00 and the chicken was burnt like it was refried. They also got one of our orders wrong that we had to go. We ordered tenders they gave us burnt chicken. I guess they were trying to get rid of the nasty chicken they had left. Complained to the rep there he kept saying I ate the chicken because I took 2 bites from it. He was arguing with me that the chicken was fresh and the grease was changed today. This was him trying to gaslight me obviously. My dad also said it was burnt. When I arrived and walked in right away I noticed the dust filled ceiling vents and water stains all over. The tables were dirty the entire time I was there.
