I visited Criollísimo’s Sandwich Shop for the first time a few weeks ago and had the Pernil sandwich—and let me tell you, it felt like I was right back home in Puerto Rico! ¡Delicioso! Everything was absolutely amazing, especially knowing it’s all made fresh to order. Yes, you’ll have to wait a few minutes, but trust me—it’s so worth it.

The service was kind, courteous, and made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. And the coffee? Even more delicious! Smooth, rich, and just what I needed to top off the meal.

I can't put zero stars, otherwise I would. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TREATMENT TOWARDS CUSTOMERS. FOOD IS BASIC. THEY FORGOT MY DRINKS?! THERE WAS NOWHERE TO SIT. THEY TOOK VERY LONG TO SERVE ME AND MY FAMILY. THEIR FOOD IS EXPENSIVE, OVER 20$ FOR ONLY A SANDWICH. THERE WAS NO PRICES ON THEIR SMALL MENU, THERE ARE MORE OPTIONS LIKE A DRINK OR SMOOTHIE, BUT AGAIN, NO FULL MENU SO ITS LIKE A GUESSING GAME?? I CAN EASILY AND WILL EASILY FIND BETTER AND CHEAPER SANDWICHES ELSEWHERE. ATMOSPHERE WAS UNCOMFORTABLE. THE EMPLOYEES JUDGE YOU TO THE GRAVE. I paid $49.00 for two sandwiches a frappe an 3 drinks 2 capri sun 1 can of soda. The sandwich was right for its price $14.00 each because I got pulled pork shoulder (pernil). The only issue I had was that I asked one with mayo and one without it. I mean we aren’t picky so we just ate it. But in other hand the pork shoulder was very very salty.
