Horrible service!!!!! Save your time and money. They don’t appreciate good customers. I brought a washer and dryer 11/2020 and the washer was broken by 2/2021. First I asked if it can be repaired, the girl called me at 10am saying the guy is on his way and he didn’t show up until 1:30pm. He looks at it and says someone will call in an hour to give me prices. No one returned my call that night after texting them. The next I actually go down there and offer to buy another used one instead of fixing it since I knew i brought it old and they told me they will call me in an hour to give me prices and let me know my options. Two days later I actually called back again and they had the nerve to say they forgot to call me back. JUST HORRIBLE THIEVES!!!!! Take your money to people that actually want the business and care about what they sell to customers. They just lost a client that used them for...

I bought a refrigerator on 7/6 and here we are 12/7 with a freezer that only holds temp of 41 and makes a Loud noise … I called so they can come check it out the guy told me it would be 30 dollars and they will come out the next day at 2… they never showed up. I called again today and the man now says it will be 40 dollars to come check the freezer. It’s a nice refrigerator but they should be selling items that actually work.

Update: 12/30 they came to check it after weeks of me calling back to back. They sold me a refrigerator with a bad compressor. They said it’ll be 400 dollars just for the part. Then offered me a half priced refrigerator. I shouldn’t have to spend anymore money when I paid 650 for a refrigerator. They basically robbed me. Also, MOST of the 5 star reviews are their family members. I wouldn’t waste your money here as you will get an appliances that’s NOT in good...

Well, in response to the last, less-than-stellar review. We aren't family to the owners.

These people get it. They are lightning fast with diagnosing and fixing the problem. The owner, himself, came and took a look at the mess I made of the dryer because I tried to take it apart to see if I could fix it... wrong!

So, our dryer went kaput... thankfully it wasn't the motor, or drum. It was a bearing that stripped because of heavy dryer loads & a brittle/crumbly belt.

They were so fast they left to go to the store to get a part, the bearing (which they had) + a belt before I knew it. Hah!

They fixed it and put it back together the right way. I had taken it apart a few times and I didn't put the back on correctly.

They are a good, small family business that cares about people and their problems. Their attention and concern was super-evident. Get in, get it fixed and move on... but with a smile.

Estas personas lo entienden. Son muy rápidos con el diagnóstico y la solución del problema. El dueño mismo vino y miró el desastre que hice con la secadora porque traté de desarmarla para ver si podía arreglarla... ¡mal!

Entonces, nuestra secadora se estropeó... afortunadamente no fue el motor ni el tambor. Era un rodamiento que se desgastó debido a las cargas pesadas de la secadora y una correa quebradiza/quebradiza.

Fueron tan rápidos que se fueron a la tienda a buscar una pieza, el rodamiento (que tenían) + una correa antes de darme cuenta. ¡Ja!

Lo arreglaron y lo volvieron a armar de la manera correcta. Lo había desarmado un par de veces y no puse la parte de atrás correctamente.

Son una buena y pequeña empresa familiar que se preocupa por las personas y sus problemas. Su atención y preocupación era súper evidente. Entre, arréglelo y siga adelante... pero con una sonrisa.
