I would only give it one star because it doesn't get worst ... i worked here several times food consumption from this particular burger king is a health risk they do not cook they food how they are supposed to they are real unprofessional its been situations were there have been mice in the bun bags and they still continue to serve to the customers like that .they general manager gladys is big on responsibility till shes the one with an important task most of the personnel working there are mostly females and they are disrespectful unprofessional and irresponsible they have no consideration for anyone what so ever and they are leaving a-scar in burger kings legacy having gladys as a general manager .im well aware that in plenty occasions she made threats to call corporate but when u need the right number she denies burger king ever being a corporate none of the people working there prioritize the fact that someone needs to be incharge of employee employment papers ... i have 5 other people that can go and give a valid assessment that everything stated on this review is true i also have messages from general manager calls to the store were there being negligent with information that can be used by the employees to further continue they career at other places 95% of people leave burger king due to sanitary and strict measures for a fast food place in shirt they want you to act grade A when they have mice running around . When i asked for a second because it was going to be a lager order, one of them replied loud & unprofessional "What do you need a second for?". It was at that moment, i knew this person should not be dealing with customers directly and we only ordered 1 meal instead of meals for my family. Thankfully there is a McDonald's near by that showed better customer service and was able to fulfill my family's order. When I asked for the managers name, the "woman" with the multiple gold chains and brown team member shirt replied "WHY? It's both of us!" They constantly get my order wrong and what's even worse is the incompetence and bad attitude from the workers. I ask for no onions/they put onions, I buy a double whopper/I get a single whopper, and I attempt to give my offer code from the app at the drive through window but they tell me it's too late I should have given it at the speaker (I haven't even paid yet).
