Europastry USA — Restaurant in New Brunswick

Slowest place I've dealt with in a long time. Sat at the dock for so long my reefer engine iced. When You check in you don't actually see a person ypu do it by the phone inside. Don't give me a covid excuse either or you wouldn't have everyone using the same phone. The facility is tight to back in to the docks. There is a big area to turn around at in the back. Park on the curb in front of the wall not the docks. Seems they can only do 2 trucks at once. Serious waste of space. Took so long I'm going to be late for my first stop....

Good service in getting loaded. They were fast and very polite. I gave you 3 stars because the way you product is packaged and stacked to be transported and delivered is VERY POOR. Every stack had toppled over and had to be restocked before the receiver would except your product. According to this receiver this is a constant problem with your product. This needs to be addressed and the problem solved. And I was not the only one that this happened to on...

My appointment was at 06:00 pm, I checked in at 06:10 pm, and now it’s past midnight, I still don’t have a door. Called them a couple times, this Spanish guy picks up the phone and tells me that he will call me when a door is available, and hangs up the phone on me. I hope their manager check on their employees and make sure that they are working instead of wasting...
