McDonald's — Restaurant in New Castle Township

This is a horrible McDonald’s. I’ve been coming to this location for the past 10+ years and within the last 2-3 years it’s gone down and just continues to. The sprite used to be SO good. I’d literally go here just for a sprite. I’m not sure what they changed but it’s not what it used to be, honestly I don’t even think it’s sprite. They also changed the root beer brand and it’s not even good anymore. Every other McDonald’s still as the classic mug root beer, not this nasty IBC root beer. Almost every other McDonald’s has the spicy McChicken except for this one, and I mean in this area, 25 mins away I can go get them and everywhere else but not here. This review is nothing against the employees. The employees are totally fine it’s just the quality of the food has gone down so bad and they’ve clearly started changing their products claiming it’s something it’s not, like the sprite. I know my sprite and this new stuff ain’t it. This is also the only McDonald’s that failed to have the grimace shake any time I went for it. Does McDonald's never gets my order right I only stopped there when I absolutely have to and I'm in the area they're not very friendly especially when they mess up my order and then have to give me the right thing also they're not supposed to take back a sandwich if they mess it up they can offer it for you to take or they're supposed to throw it away but they're never supposed to take it back over the counter I know that and they did. I know from other McDonald's when they get it wrong if they get it wrong they tell you they can't take any food back over the counter what's it once it's been across and I either you know offer it to someone save it for somebody that might be homeless I run into right away or you know if I absolutely have to then I'll throw it away whatever the situation but I have seen this place numerous times take the sandwich that's wrong and take it back on the other side of the counter cuz they always put cheese on my double hamburger and I do not eat meat and cheese together so that is one of the bigger issues that they're not supposed...

McDonald’s is McDonald’s. Nothing really to write home about. Manager “Amanda” was probably the biggest mistake they made. Constantly arguing with customers and just overall bringing a miserable, nasty personality with her that makes me wanna stop coming to this McDonald’s for good. Work somewhere else if you can’t handle someone asking for a side of pickles without putting up a fight like your life depends on it. How hard is it to just be kind and do the job you’re paid for without making customers, WHO ARE PAYING uncomfortable? Sad, really. Would give service for this location a zero if I could, literally just because of her. Only employee I can say something good about is Nicole, she’s always been a sweetheart and overall much kinder...
