Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in New Castle

I would give this Domino's no stars if possible. This is the dirtiest restaurant I have ever visited. It is obvious no cleaning is ever donein this store... floors, counter tops, prep tables, bench in waiting area, everything dirty!!! To make matters even worst, all the workers had on aprons that looked as if they had rolled in the dirt b4 coming to work. The manager (I guess she was the manager) was doing the wings. She wore no gloves and I watched her prep five orders of wings w/o gloves; she touched her hair, she wiped her hands on the dirty apron she wore, and she touched the ordering device transferring germs to the foods. After watching this for about 15 minutes, I inquired about my wings and was informed a few more minutes. At this point, I addressed the unsanitary practices I had witnessed. Long story short, she called me a liar denying everything I said. She further stated that they were not trained to wear gloves when preparing foods. Then this little mousy voice announced from behind the shelves that I needed to leave. It was the young man who had taken my order. I stated that was no problem but I wanted my $10.99 back for the wings I was waiting on. The girl preparing the wings said that was ok. Oh God! Let's just say it took another ten minutes for them to figure out that because he never gave me my penny change, he needed to give me $11 because that's what I gave him when I placed my order. He stated he asked me if I wanted my penny back. That would be a negative! Since when do you ask customers if they want their change back. Customers beware! Go to another store or eat here at your own risk!!! I am calling the...

My order included sauces and others that I paid for. Never received them when my order was delivered,and because roommate grabbed the order while I had to run back inside because the driver didn't have change, or enough change ($10), I didn't realize it until the driver was gone. After listening to irritating, repeating automated message for literally almost 20 mins, someone FINALLY picked up the phone. I'm surprised this location is able to stay in business when it takes almost 20mins for someone to pick up the phone, and most of the time you can't even get delivery service because they don't have drivers after 6pm. My food is cold now because I eat with the sauces, because I prefer it,and ordered and paid for it. Didn't even get the included icing for the cinnamon twists. Obviously, quality check wasn't completed. Customer's get the privilege of a 20min phone waiting time, order not correct and cold food after paying $10 in delivery fees on a $20 order. It's ridiculous to be charged 50%, on an order.. I absolutely should've went with Papa John's and I will NOT make the same mistake twice that's for sure!

Also, the photo of the wait time was taken before writing this, so even though it says 15 or 16mins, I wrote this while still waiting for someone to answer.. Plus, I had called previously, hung up, called my son to see if he could go by domino's for me,and then called back which is this call in the photo..

RIDICULOUS!

Edit: More than a drop of sauce on the pizza would've been nice, there's barely ANY sauce on my pizzas. Glad I finally got the marinara sauce so I can dip it. Never again ordering...

I don't normally do reviews online however, I had to share this experience. We ordered pizza tonight for pick up. The gentleman who took my order on the phone was outstanding. He even called me back when he noticed an error on a quoted price. He was great. But that was where the positive experience ended. My husband went in to pick up our order and the man working the front counter was on his personal cell phone and half heartedly working the counter. My husband was in the building at lease 10 minutes and this person never got off his phone. Meanwhile, the gentleman boxing orders was working really quickly trying to keep up. When the person, we assumed was the manager, came up from the back of the store, the "slacking" employee started to act as if he was working somewhat. The delivery person came back from being out on a delivery and instantly tried to help by answering the phone......which rang CONTINUALLY while my husband was there and the man on his cell phone working the front counter NEVER answered one call while we were there! Then to top everything off, we received the absolutely WORST BURNT pizza I have ever had in my life from ANY pizzeria! My gluten free crust was so hard I literally only ate 1 slice and had to drink water with every bite in order to break up the crust. We will NEVER go to this Dominoes again. Totally unprofessional and low low...
