China East — Restaurant in New Castle

I've ordered here often times since I live only 5 minutes away; not because the food is spectacular. Today, I ordered since it was getting late and since I just gave birth didn't necessarily feel like cooking; anyway worst decision. Ordered 3 different meals and my order was a small beef and broccoli. First, the gentleman was extremely rude taking my order. Brought it home and the beef and broccoli was dried up in a styrofoam container sitting in oil. My fiance called to exchage for a fresh order they hang up. We call back and they say they're closed. I call back and they say "Whatttt YESSSSS"? After having to call 7 times they say bring it back for a refund which without getting into detail to get that far was pulling teeth. So newborn at home had to pack her up in the snow with my fiance and go back to return this "food" that was just going to be thrown away. I'll never order from them again and don't reccommend any...

I understand they have a note in the window that prices may change without notice, however it would of been nice for them to say that on the phone instead of finding out I was being charged 75 cents more per lunch special when I went to pay. If you are going to charge more, make sure the food is good though. The chicken for the orange chicken tasted old and was not very good at all and the sauce did not taste like orange sauce. The curry chicken and onion should be the curry onion and chicken because there was not a lot of chicken and almost all onion. I was hopeful trying this place for the first time because it is close to where I recently moved to, however I was disappointed and will have to try to find somewhere...

I am a Muslim woman and I was treated terrible Horrible customer service!!!! I ordered chicken& broccoli with fried rice and shrimp rolls the lady gave me pork egg rolls and pork fried rice I asked can you make it over I do not eat pork Horrible customer service terrible attitude!!! Discrimination against religion!!!! I've never been treated so poorly!!!I just wanted my food made over was told no now I want my money back since you refused to make it over she told me I cant get that ether okay I will show you I will be disputing this!!!! You should be kind and treat others like you would want someone to treat you!!!!! I'm very disappointed and will be calling the better...
